Welcome to your river paradise! Our 3/2 home is located less than a half-mile away from the beautiful Homosassa springs, by water. Whether you chose to fish off the private dock, snorkel for scallops, or kayak to the springs, there are endless opportunities to enjoy the beauty of the river from our home. This house was completely updated with no expense spared and has everything you need to make the most of your vacation. You will be drawn to the outdoor living space which features an oversized screened in patio with plenty of seating, a separate outdoor dining table for 6, and an outdoor TV. There is also a large dock for your boat, four kayaks for guests’ use, a separate game-room with a pool table and ping pong table, and industrial ice machine, lots of outdoor games and accessories, and a fully outfitted fish cleaning station. 15 minute drive to Cabot Citrus Farms golf course! The Home The home features three bedrooms, two baths, a private outdoor shower, and an air-conditioned garage, which has been converted to a game room. The master has a king size bed and en suite bath with dual sinks and shower heads. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk with a full mattress on the bottom, twin on top and a twin trundle. There are 5 smart TVs throughout the house which have access to Hulu live and Disney plus. The air-conditioned garage features a pool table and ping pong table. Outdoors Outdoors you will find a spacious outdoor screened in patio to enjoy bug-free sunsets. There is a covered dining table, plenty of seating and an outdoor smart TV. Beyond the screened in porch, you will find a fire pit, four Adirondack chairs, and large yards on both sides of the house. The home also has a brand new large dock to dock your boat (the boat on lift is for owner use only). No bridges to the spring or the Gulf and minutes to the several local ramps. Guests will also have access to the propane grill, coolers, four kayaks, cornhole, ladder toss, bucket toss, fishing gear, and various floats for the springs. This is a residential neighborhood with great neighbors, please no loud music late at night, parties or smoking on any part of the property. Discounts for longer stays and monthly rentals. Only one trailer allowed in the driveway.

We had a great stay at the house. We were able to launch our kayaks right there and the screened in patio is where we hung out the most. Erin dropped off a basket of goodies for us which was a nice touch. We would definitely stay there again. There were several nice restaurants just right down the street and the neighborhood was very quiet. There’s a short kayak ride to the park where you can see the manatee and plenty of turtles. Thanks for the great stay.

This property was exactly as advertised and worked perfectly for our Homosassa stay visiting family. We will definitely look to book again on our next trip. Owners provided everything and more that we could possibly need. Lots of extras with this rental.

The house was like brand new, super clean, lots of games/pool table/ping pong, stocked kitchen, great screened area and easy paddle to Homosassa Park. The owners communicated well and took good are of us. :)

Our first family visit to Homosassa and we could not have picked a better place. The house is beautiful and in excellent condition. It has a great screened in patio with a dock on a quiet canal just two minutes away from Homosassa Spring. Other amenities included an ice machine, kayaks, floats for the river, pool table and even games for the kids. I would highly recommend staying here.

Your place is excellent in every aspect! The neighbors were excellent that I spoke to and I did not even feel like I needed to take my gear off the boat every day. I would recommend your house to anybody.

We had such a great time in Homosassa during scalloping season at Erin’s property! She was quick to reply and found my sons phone when we left it. Quick boat ride to the springs and to popular restaurants on the water. Perfect for a boat of really any size, we had a flats boat. A hot tub would have been the cherry on top after scalloping all day 😆 but does NOT go against the rating on the quality of the stay whatsoever! Would definitely recommend Erin’s place to anyone looking for a great place in Sassa!

I don't usually leave reviews, but this place deserves a great one. We absolutely loved it! The house is amazing and had everything we needed for the stay. Prefect location - close to springs and restaurants. Ice machine on site was also a huge plus for filling up coolers before heading out on the boat. Ping pong/pool table in garage, fishing poles, floats, life jackets, and a welcome basket for us upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great long weekend at this location with daughter and her husband with two very young grand children. The house fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of space for all of us with room to spare.
The house is beautiful, better than the pictures. The location is great with easy access to the entire area. Everything is close. We had a pontoon boat for a couple of the days and the dock was perfect. Very close to springs and restaurants by boat. Erin was very easy to deal with and very helpful. The house has everything plus!! We will be back. The lawn was very nice as was everything. I almost hate to give this review because now it might be to busy to rent again.

This is a must stay. We had a family vacation with older teens. We played pool, ping pong, cards, and had the best time watching the wild life. Grocery store right up the road. Our favorite was kayaking over to homosassa river it was so beautiful. The only thing we wished we had was a couple extra kayaks or a double one. The house was completely filled with everything you need and we had no problems. We did try fishing but we are not the best, but they had an out door fishing table for cleaning and an outdoor shower. Our family of six can’t wait to come back in the colder months to see the manatees migrate. Loved it. Thanks so much.

Great property. Perfect outdoor space, awesome location for the boat. Close to everything in Homosassa but still on a quit street with lots of privacy. Erin and Worth were great, easy to communicate with and can’t wait to come back next year!

We were looking for a nice, comfortable and convenient property for our trip. Everything was just about perfect with this property. The only little issue we had was a storm took down the internet in the area. But between Erin, her husband and myself we got everything back and operational quickly. Erin was excellent with her communications and the house lacked nothing we needed or even might have ever needed. Bed was comfortable but maybe a bit soft for me, though my wife really loved it. I appreciate all of the time and the recommendations that Erin gave us. So many good places nearby. I will be looking for availability once again for my next trip down here. This house is clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location if your purpose is to view manatees. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals for our group of 7. We rented a pontoon boat and were able to get in and out of the canal very easily. Our family was able to enjoy ping pong, pool, a fire in the fire pit & fishing. There was plenty of tvs to watch football games and Christmas movies. Restaurants, grocery stores and Homosassa Springs State Park were all close. Our group had people aged 14 years to 75 years and everyone was pleased with the accommodations.

Loved the waterfront view and kayak launch. Would definitely rent this home again. Everything is laid out perfectly, from the electric recliners to the outdoor furniture. Also look for the hummingbirds in the front yard, very nice surprise!

House was beautiful and clean. The game room was perfect entertainment for the kids and teens. The back lanai was a great place to hang out after scalloping. The spring was super close. Perfect for our first time.

It was the most fun we ever had and even though there wasn’t many scallops this season our group brought back almost 3 gallons. Definitely a must have experience if you come to Homossasa.

We had a group of guys for a scallop weekend the place was perfect had 2 bay boats about a 45 min ride to the gulf great place great time had by all.

Best rental property on the Homassassa River
Lovely 3BR, 2B ranch style home which can comfortably sleep 4 adults and four children. The home has new upgrades throughout, including a beautiful and well appointed kitchen, modern bathrooms and a two car garage that is converted into a recreation room. The Great room as well as the Master suite extend into a huge screened in porch with comfortable outdoor seating as well as a large dining table. Flat screen tvs are located in each Bedroom as well as the Great room.There are kayaks available for easy launch from their expansive dock and seawall. Everything looks brand new! Highly recommend for a comfortable stay!
