The apartment was very nice, and the host Carlos was easy to work with and responded quickly to my questions. The location is great, walking distance to everything downtown Fort Myers has to offer, and the view is fantastic. I was alone but felt safe and secure. The apartment is small, any more than two people would be crowded but it was perfect for me. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub area very much. Although the pool heater wasn't working, the hot days and warm nights heated it. One review said the bed was worn out, but I did not find that to be the case. It was a very comfortable king bed. A couple of reviews mentioned that there were no curtains. I was concerned about that and sent a message to Carlos before my arrival. He accommodated me by putting curtains up in the bedroom. I didn't want or need them in the living room. Yes, it appears someone lives there and there are personal items in some of the drawers but there was plenty of room to hang my clothes and enough drawer space as well. Overall, I loved the place. It was modern, clean, comfortable, had an amazing view and in a perfect location for my needs. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a great experience with Vrbo and the host, Carlos. Easy check in/check out process. The unit was super clean, modern updates and had a great view, super close to restaurants and convention center. If I’m ever in Fort Myers again, I would definitely consider the spot again. Thanks!!

Looks like someone lives there. All of the drawers were full! Bed is worn out and there are no window treatments so its stark bright in bedroom.

The apt building and the apt itself are very nice. The work out room and the pool Area are beautiful but the pool heater wasn’t working so we never got to use the pool☹️. Carlos was responsive to our needs and the location to downtown is perfect,! A million things to do in walking distance! Overall I do recommend this property! Go and enjoy!

We had a wedding nearby in downtown Ft Myers, basically everything the whole weekend would take place between Cleveland and Edison bridges and this place was perfect for my fiancé and I to stay. We were within walking distance to the venue, the bars/restaurants, and their pricier hotels. We got to walk around a lot and enjoy the little shops and eateries. It’s not super close to a beach and some stuff downtown is being redone it looks like from the hurricane but this place was nice. The host was very responsive and easy to work with as well! I enjoyed the huge windows and view but would recommend curtains

I want to be completely honest: I was skeptical about this property. I planned this trip for months to visit family on Lehigh Acres. I already booked a resort on Lehigh, but because of Hurricane Ian, our stay was cancelled a week before. Understandably, at that point there were veeeeery limited options near our family, so I began to search in the Fort Myers area. This property was the lowest in price and just 30 min drive to Lehigh. I know that the hurricane had a very strong impact in Fort Myers, so I was not sure that it will be in good conditions, but because it was available I took a risk and booked it. The photos are exactly accurate. The property is super clean. I did not have any issues with any aspect of the building or the apartment. I appreciate waking up with the exceptional view to the bay! As seen of the photos, the apartment is not very big, but is perfect for 2 to 4 people (there is a king bed and a sofa bed). The pool was not in function, but we did not mind since a hurricane hit a week before! It is walking distance to restaurants, pubs, bars in the area. I felt secure walking in the streets. I wish I have more time to explore the area. Carlos quickly answer all the messages that I send to him. He was a great host! The instructions to access the building were accurate and we did not have any issues. Overall we have a perfect stay considering we booked the property a day before the check-in, so thanks Carlos for accepting us in such a short notice!
