High speed internet and a basic cable subscription. 4 Bedrooms have their own smart TV's and the living room has a huge smart TV. 5 bedrooms (NOTE - One of the bedrooms is a Casita With Air Conditioning-You can view it in the photos). There is a security camera at the front door and garage for you safety too. We use quality linens and towels only so you will be in full comfort during your stay. There is a washer and dryer in the house with detergent included. All cooking utensils that you would need are there for your convenience. Air Conditioner works great which is really important here in Las Vegas. There is no fence around the pool so please be super careful with non swimmers around. Surveillance or recording devices on property - We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). If the house rules or anything written above is broken and an eviction must be done you will be charged a $250 fee for the payment of the security company to evict you.
