No events, birthdays, bachelor, or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts, and the like •Quiet time in our neighborhood begins at 10pm and ends at 8am. •Do not disrespect neighbors •Do not have more guests than stated on your reservation and no unapproved visitors. There is a $50 per night fee for every guest not listed on the reservation. •No loud music or disturbances. Especially after quiet hours which start at 10:00 PM •Do not use share amenities outside of their posted allowed time frames. •Do not place diapers or other garbage in the hallway. •The check-in form with attached photo government ID must be filled out before arrival. You will not be sent the door code at your check-in time unless this form is filled out properly. Incomplete check-in forms may result in cancellation of the reservation. Reservations cancelled less than 5 days before check-in due to an incomplete check-in form are not subject to refund. •Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM and checkout by 11:00 AM •Due to cleaning requirements, we cannot offer late check-outs. •We reserve the right to charge $75 for every 30 minutes after 11 AM for unapproved late check-out. •Please follow check-in and check-out instructions •Self-check-in with smart lock •Do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper down the toilet. •Do not put oil, grease, bones or any other non-water-soluble items down the drains. •Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink •Run the kitchen sink disposal every time food waste goes down the drain. •Plumbing repair costs will be passed on to the guest. •If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back. •Any items removed from the property, broken, destroyed, or lost will be replaced at the guest’s cost.
