Snowbridge is a 2 minute drive, 20 minute walk or a quick shuttle ride to the heart of Blue Mountain Village where you will find the ski hills, restaurants, shops and more. Snowbridge offers a free shuttle service to Blue Mountain Village, an outdoor swimming pool open in the summer months, and beautiful walking trails with views of Blue Mountain for guests to use during their stay. The Space: This newly built and spacious townhome sleeps 8 people and features 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3.5 baths. The home has a finished basement with bathroom, family room and ping pong table. A fun hangout for the entire family. A garage to store your ski gear during your stay. Plenty of space to spread out, relax and enjoy your vacation in Blue Mountain. The kitchen is stocked, with a Keurig, 12 cup coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Plenty of dinnerware, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans and cooking utensils, cooking oil, spices, salt and pepper. You will have everything you need to prep a meal. The open concept main floor allows you to cook and enjoy your company at the same time. There are two 55” Smart TVs. One in the living area and one in the basement family room. Netflix and Roger’s Ignite TV is available on both. Sonos speakers are located in the living room and master bedroom. Great for streaming your favourite radio stations, podcasts and music services such as Spotify. Snowbridge Community Amenities: - Free Shuttle Service to Blue Mountain Village - Seasonal Summer Swimming Pool - Open May 18th, 2024 and will close after Labour Day weekend ** May 18th until June 27th the pool area will be unsupervised. This means only 10 people will be allowed in the pool area including the deck, at one time (Lifeguards will be on Duty from June 28th to end of August) ** *The amenities are public spaces and shared with other guests and owners Proudly Managed by Hosting Blue License Number:LCSTR20210000179 Guest Access: Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a locked owners closet. There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay. Please don't bring any equipment into the unit. The Neighborhood: Located in the Historic Snowbridge community surrounded by walking trails, the Monterra Golf Course, stunning homes and views of Blue Mountain. There is an Outdoor Seasonal Pool to use in the summer which is within a 2 minute walk from the condo. Getting Around: A car is recommended for this location. There is a designated driveway for your car and a visitor parking lot for an additional car at a first come, first serve basis. The Village at Blue Mountain is a 20 minute walk or 3 minute drive from the property. Within a 10-15 minute drive to surrounding Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury. Other Things to Note: Exterior Cameras located on the front of the home. The seasonal outdoor pool is public spaces and shared with other guests staying at the resort. ** Pool towels are not provided, please remember to bring your own ** Interaction with Guests: We will be available anytime to help with questions or anything needed by the Airbnb App, text or phone.

we enjoyed our stay in this place, it was close to the village, very quite area, the property management allow us for early check in, and they were replying to all our questions and concerns in no time. the house was very clean and beautifully furnished. I wish there was more snow (I should blame this to "Global warming")

5 senior ladies enjoyed our stay. Bunk beds comfortable but not an easy climb for elderly to top bunk . There alot of stairs to upper level where bedrooms are ! Otherwise. Was great. Host always responded promptly and very accommodating! Thank you

Our family of 8 including 4 teens, 12-14 age group stayed at this awesome place over the civic long weekend! First time staying in the Snowbridge area! Great location! Short walk to the shared pool! Short drive to the village! Shuttle bus available although we didn’t take advantage of it during our stay! 10 min drive to the Walmart and Collingwood! The house had everything we needed! The bonus was the finished basement with the extra bathroom! Teens really enjoyed playing ping pong table which was the highlight of the trip! Joseph was so quick in getting back to me with any inquiry! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Joseph for a wonderful weekend getaway!

Very nice property, affordable, cleanliness beyond imagination, nearby walmart and freshco, convinient and spacious. nice views from the house, lighting and design absolutely beautiful. Overall had a very good experience. I would recommend this property for enjoying the holidays

This is a great place to stay! The townhouse was very clean & had very comfortable beds. Even the bunk beds are a queen & a double. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. There is a Keurig & a regular coffee maker! The resort pool is a 30 second walk & has a life guard. We walked to the Village in under 15 minutes. We all loved the ping pong table. We had an issue with the lock & the BBQ but each time the management took care of this immediately! We would highly recommend this property!

Had a wonderful and relaxing stay for 4 nights in mid July. The house was very clean and spacious for 5 adults. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, bowls, glasses, small appliances, etc. Nice outdoor sitting area where we had drinks and could barbecue. The beds were very comfortable and having 3 showers was very convenient when everyone needed to get ready. Had a great time using the ping pong table! The pool area was a very close walk. It was nicely maintained and we had fun hanging out there. Blue Mountain Village was less than a 2 minute drive and had lots of fun activities and stores and restaurants. We were also close to Collingwood and Wasaga Beach so visited both. The digital lock and digital air conditioning/heating palm pads were cool once you figured out how to use them. The property manager Joseph was a quick text away before and during our stay. He checked in with us after our first night to make sure we were doing ok which was nice. The Snowbridge neighbourhood was beautiful and it was great to go for walks there. The Monterra golf course is right there which was awesome. Our family had a great time and I’m so glad we picked this property! It’s exactly as what’s pictured and I highly recommend it.

This was a nice little place. We had 8 people at one point and everyone was happy and had a nice place to sleep. The place looks great and everything works. I would definitely go back again. If I had one complaint it would be the main floor couch for the TV. Very uncomfortable for watching TV. It rain a lot during our visit, so we did watch TV. The 2 TV were great though.
