About this villa rental

Nestled in Red Hill, this attractive villa for £205 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Enjoy your peaceful and relaxing stay at Gracie’s Lane Luxury 2 bedroom villa. Situated on our stunning and private equestrian and English Leicester sheep property, you will be situated central to all hinterland and beachside attractions and wineries on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. For the equestrian lovers, we are situated less than 10 minutes from Boneo Park Equestrian Centre. Beautifully appointed and furnished with only two adjoining villas available under the same roof. Villa 2 can be configured with 2 x king beds or 1 king bed and 2 king singles on request. Enjoy an open fire in Villa 2 on chilly nights. Full kitchenette with full size fridge and freezer, microwave and small benchtop steam oven and benchtop one burner stove.  We also have a 1 bedroom villa that accommodates 2 people. For groups of up to 6, both villas can be booked for an unforgettable experience.

The unit is well positioned on the property, away from the main house and close to the adjacent paddocks, making it very private. The owners have done a great job in a very seamless experience from remote gate to keyless entry to unit. The unit is basic, clean and fully functional. We enjoyed the local bakery in Main Ridge (just down the road) and of course numerous awesome wineries. Thanks Melissa for being a great host. Cheers Peter.

Villa 2 is well equipped with generous sized rooms. The villa is nicely furnished, with many homely touches anda generous collection of tasty breakfast provisions was very welcome. The location is quiet, with sweeping rural views and there are several wineries, cafes and restaurants and other attractions within easy driving distance. A wonderful place to unwind. The host, Melissa was quick to respond to any questions and was a pleasure to deal with.

A lovely stay, uncomplicated, clean and functional. The property has beautiful views from every window. The animals and walks were enjoyed by all. A short distance to a range of great places to eat and also the beaches. The hosts are very obliging making it a great getaway!

What a lovely escape from reality and to make a quick 2 night stay feel like you’ve had a week away! Our whole family now want to move to a farm after the romantic setting of Gracie’s Lane. From the warm welcome of the sheep on entry to the lovely horses Tommy and Bella we got to check in on each morning through our bedroom windows as we woke! We just loved our stay here! The house seems so new and clean that you would think you are the first to have ever stayed! Fabulous communication with the owners and everyone had the best cosiest sleeps! We will most definitely return
