The hotel is exceptional value for money considering the location. We stayed in a Nile view room and you could see the stepped pyramid, which was really cool! You can also see the great pyramids from the pool. The hotel is in a great location and it feels very safe. The food was great too and the bed was so comfortable. I would recommend this hotel if you were staying in Cairo.

From the very moment I arrived at the hotel I was treated like royalty. I was given a truly personalised, VIP introduction and welcome to the hotel by the courteous, exceptionally professional staff who simply could not do enough for me. To my delight my suite was was upgraded to a Nile-facing one and the view was utterly jaw-dropping. Every member of staff I encountered, from management, security, front desk, bar staff and particularly Mohammed, the Scores bar manager, were truly wonderful and I was made to feel like the most important customer they had ever had. The breakfast was absolutely superb. I was unexpectedly upgraded to having a breakfast by the wonderful hotel staff (having booked my stay without breakfast). The range of options available was exceptional catering for every permutation of dietary needs and references. I was accommodated in a large dining room with absolutely no fuss and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. One of the best breakfast experiences I have ever had in a hotel. A truly blissful experience, and in my opinion, any othe hotel in Cairo would hard pressed to provide a better service than this hotel provided for me.

I am unable to fault any aspect of this hotel whatsoever.

Breakfast was very good but it was the same every day. It would have been nice if there were new hot breakfast items every day. Also, the restaurant did not offer much in terms of Mediterranean/Egyptian food. Some of the equipment in the gym needs to be replaced.

Dear those involved. I want to inform you about my latest stay at your hotel. I already told the desk upon checkout but I will send it again since we didn’t feel heard from the lady. ( we felt that our feedback went in one ear out the other) A complete honest review. Starting off our stay upon arrival the price has suddenly increased with 200 dollars . The 100 I understand regarding taxes but the other 100 was an increase that was uniformed. Okey that can happen some glitch in the booking.Com And if you think the reception was helpful in any way think twice when we tried to switch to another room. Our room was comfy for sure but ice cold. My friend woke up having a panic attack because she was so cold. The heat system didn’t work we asked for help and they “ fixed “ it the first night but that was not the case and we were sleeping with thick socks and beanies. Remember this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel and a suite … if I pay for a certain experience there supposed to deliver . Waking up I head to the gym which was very old and for sure needs an upgrade the windows to see the “ view “ were quite dirty. Also if your plant- based so vegan like us don’t consider showing up at this hotel for breakfast you will barely find fresh fruit let alone any vegan milks. ( one of the girls was serving us “ soy milk” that apparently was skimmed cow milk the manger of the restaurant tried to help but served us coconut milk but from the can which you use in kitchen dishes not with cereal. I felt quite sick after that. Once again all would be kind of accepted if my friend didn’t have an allergy to milk… I would definitely not call the service a 5 star hotel. And we did not go for breakfast day 2 we went out to find something more suitable. Night 2 , they come again to “ fix “ the AC . I tell him it’s not the case it’s not heating he says it will come temp was 18 when he was there and supposedly getting warmer . Think again midnight I wake up it’s 16 degrees C.
