Nestled in Surf City, this charming house for £141 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The Lily Pad is located only 7 minutes to Topsail Island. This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath TINY home with a LOW lofted area located in a secluded quiet area. This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath TINY home with a LOW lofted area located in a secluded quiet area. The long driveway is shared with the homeowners/hosts as we have to pass by the tiny home. When coming to stay at the The Lily Pad you will just need to bring your clothes and food as all the extras are provided (they will be listed below). The bedroom offers a queen bed with a smart tv and a ceiling fan. The low lofted area offers a queen bed with a smart tv. The loft area is tight quarters so this is a perfect area for kids. The kitchen offers a 24” Magic Chef stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, fully equipped with plates, cups, silverware, pots, pans, etc. A Keurig/coffee maker duo is provided for all the coffee lovers. The living room offers a modern couch, reclining chair along with a smart tv and ceiling fan. Bed & bath linens are provided. Mattress protectors along with with an additional mattress pad and quilts/comforters are on both beds. Blankets will be provided as well. A stackable washer & dryer is provided at the end of the hallway. The bathroom offers a stand up shower with a rain shower head along with a hand held sprayer with small kids kept in mind. A blow dryer is provided. There is also an enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water. A charcoal grill will be provided with the grilling tools. This home will accommodate up to 4 people. Some exceptions may be made but you must confirm with host before booking. NO SMOKING! NO PETS! Supplies provided -Trash bags -Toilet paper -Paper towels -Soaps -Dishwashing liquid -Ziplock bags -Tin foil -Plastic wrap -Olive Oil Spray -Salt & Pepper -A variety of spices -Cleaning Supplies -Laundry detergent -Dryer Sheets AND ALOT OF EXTRAS **Please note that we do NOT have a dishwasher or ice maker.

It was an amazing little place with lots of character as well as full peace and quiet. Isolated in the woods off of the beaten path, the Lilypad, was an exceptional place to stay! It was a couple minutes to drive into town and a couple minutes away from the beach! It’s truly a great place to stay for a long weekend, for a couple!

This tiny home was wonderful. It was the perfect getaway from the business of the beach traffic but also being super close to everything you may need. Very secluded but also so homey. The pictures are exactly what the tiny home looks like and my husband and I had the best honeymoon there! We will definitely be back for years to come!

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay near the beach that has EVERYTHING you need, this is it. Bethany is an excellent host with great communication and the touches in the home cover all of the bases. The home is well equipped from band-aids and aloe to coffee and wi-fi. Every detail of this tiny home is well thought out. We will stay again when we return to the beach.

Enjoyed the ambiance as we arrived after dark…..it was awesome driving down the long driveway and making the last turn to see the Lilypad. The front porch was used frequently and the interior was really nice….easy to keep clean and just enough space to not feel like a tiny house.

It was the perfect home for my daughter's and I. We had the best time ever! It was clean and so cozy! They left balloons for my daughter's birthday as well! The outdoor shower was also amazing! Absolutely thrilled with this place! We will most definitely be back!
