We loved this vrbo so much! Great location, not far from ski mountains or downtown Manchester so lots to do in the area. Trevor & Piper were great hosts and very quick to respond/communicate. We will be coming back to Warm Brook Farm in the future!!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely farmhouse in Vermont. The hot tub was so much fun and the atmosphere was amazing. The host did a great job at communicating and stocking the home with all amenities needed. We would love to come back.

I had an exceptional stay at this Arlington, VT vacation rental. The property was warm, welcoming, and filled with personal touches. The kitchen had high-quality appliances and cookware, perfect for cooking enthusiasts.
Check-in was seamless thanks to Trevor, the owner, who was communicative and responsive. The accommodation itself was comfortable and inviting, with top-notch beds and furniture. The hot tub and patio area with a fire pit and grills were highlights.
The well-equipped kitchen was a chef's dream, complete with multiple coffee-making options and a professional-grade range. Trevor even stocked the fridge with my favorite coffee creamer.
The immaculate yard and gardens were a unique feature. The secluded location provided a peaceful retreat, with breathtaking scenery.
This rental offered excellent value and exceeded my expectations. Trevor even had a bottle of wine ready upon my arrival.

Our family of 7 stayed at Warm Brook Farm to attend a wedding nearby. The property is amazing! It is vast and spacious outside with gorgeous rolling hills and mountain views and SO relaxing and peaceful! There are so many amenities we didn't have time to enjoy them all!
Inside is the perfect combination of a cozy and rustic historic home combined with current updates for today. The beds were so comfortable and all rooms impeccably decorated with obvious care.
Trevor and Piper are amazing and extremely responsive. There were so many personal touches everywhere, you could tell how much they care about this property and that it's more than just a business. The home is stocked with anything you could possibly need as well as extra local delectables they put out for us.
Any question we had was quickly answered and acted upon if needed. The home is also very pet friendly and our pup enjoyed her stay as well! Our only regret with this property is that we couldn't stay longer!!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! The house is warm and inviting, the gardens and outdoor space we absolutely loved and used the most for my younger children! The house was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed. Piper and Trevor were fantastic with anything we needed! LOVE this place and highly recommend! Can't wait to go back!

The home is adorable - you can tell how much love and care the owners put into that home and the property as a whole. We really enjoyed listening to the record player and relaxing in the hot tub. The backyard is gorgeous and we loved sitting up on the hill and looking at the stars at night. Thanks for a fantastic 4th of July!

My family and friends stayed at Warm Brook for 5 days in April. We had wonderful weather, and the house is just gorgeous. We loved that the house had enough space for all of us inside and also had a nice set up outside. The hot tub was a hit for the children who went in every day. Also, the backyard is HUGE and beautiful. There are little pathways in the backyard which the children loved walking on (also I loved it too). We just explored outside all day every day. The home is clean and well maintained. Trevor was awesome to work with and very responsive. He provided great information on things to do around the area, restaurants, and the house history which we all enjoyed. We also visited North Meadow Farm and got an awesome tour which I highly recommend. The workers on the farm were so welcoming and loved showing us all the animals which we also got to pet. They are passionate about their work and so knowledgeable. The farm had two playground sets for the children to play on and also a little shop where you can buy ice cream and other homemade farm products (eggs, milk, salsa, curds, etc.). We can't wait to return to Warm Brook! Thanks,

We stayed at WB farm last weekend and had a great time! The house was perfect! The owners thought of every detail including leaving us fresh eggs, cookies and wine as a welcome gift. Communication with the hosts was amazing. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Our dogs enjoyed all of the doggie amenities they provided as well. Our three boys loved spending every night in the hot tub and the drive to Bromley and Manchester was super convenient and no more than 10-20 minutes depending on where you are going. We will definitely return to WB in the future! Thank you Trevor and Piper!

We loved everything about Warm Brook Farm! Every inch of the house was spotless when we arrived. It is beautifully decorated with so many charming touches. The owners have truly thought of everything to make the house cozy, relaxing, and special. The kitchen is incredibly-well equipped, the beds and linens were top quality, and the hot tub was wonderful after spending the days skiing. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, including providing a dozen beautiful eggs from their own flock and a full pasta dinner. Trevor was a consumate host, checking in to make sure we were finding everything we needed and offering to let us stay a couple of hours later due to an incoming storm. He clearly enjoys being a host and making Warm Brook the exceptional spot it is. This rental is such a gem and we feel fortuante to have found it. We can't wait to return!

If you are looking to get away to a true Vermont town look no further. Warm Brook farm is amazing! You feel like you’ve stepped back in time and into an amazing story book. Despite the old world charm, all of the modern day comforts are available. We had an amazing time listening to records, playing board games, and cooking. The house is incredibly well stocked . The beds are extremely comfortable. Overall the house was spotless. To top off the entire experience, Trevor was amazing to deal with. He was so responsive and answered all of our questions. Everyone in my group is already looking to come back! Do not hesitate to book this beautiful home!

Warm Brook Farm is a warm, cozy home we were fortunate to spend the past 4 days at and ring in the New Year! It was wonderful to walk into the kitchen and find all the thoughtful goodies Trevor had left for us - he even thought of a bottle of champagne for NYE! Trevor was extremely responsive communicating with me and helpful with his recommendations. The Warm Brook Farm Guide Book was the most detailed and informative that I've ever seen at any AirBnb. The charming home had every possible amenity that we needed - our 11 month old granddaughter slept in a brand new pack n play! The mattresses and bedding were top quality and super comfortable. The Christmas decorations added to the warm homey feel of this historic home. I can't end without mentioning the beautiful grounds that our dogs loved and the spectacular views from the top of the property. We all enjoyed exploring Arlington, Manchester and Woodstock and loved visiting North Meadow Farm! We can't wait to come back! ❌️⭕️

Warm Brook Farm is about 4 hours from NYC (perfect weekend escape). I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s around the world and can easily say Warm Brook Farms is my favorite! From the quaint interior decor to the beautifully landscaped property, this house was a dream!!
We enjoyed chatting around the indoor fireplace, playing board games in the living room, relaxing in the jacuzzi, and eating breakfast and dinner in the stunning dining room. The beds are so comfortable and the house was immaculately clean. Each room throughout the house had its own uniqueness. The guide book also provided a ton of history about the house which we found quite interesting. It rained almost the entire time we (4 adults) were there and still had the most amazing time, simply because of how special this farmhouse is.
Trevor and Piper (owners) were also very attentive, helpful and personable. Most heartfelt hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of renting from.

We decided to book out first Thanksgiving ever away from home. I was craving a cozy, classic New England vibe....and we got that ten-fold! The location was ideal. Remote enough to have privacy, but still close enough to other daily conveniences and cute shops. The setting on 2.5 acres of sculpted grounds and outbuildings was idyllic. It made for great fun exploring and taking in the all the charm of a historic, rustic property. The outdoor kitchen and hot tub were superb. The host had pre-set the tub at just the right temps for us to enjoy under a chilly, starry VT sky. There are not enough words to capture the farmhouse itself. Host Trevor has curated the most interesting and pleasing and comfortable space for your home away from home. For those who appreciate quality fixtures and furnishings, you will be extremely happy. Everywhere the eye roams in this spacious and gracious home there is aninteresting book to pick up and peruse, or a cool album to throw on the turntable, or a fascinating light fixture to inspect. The kitchen is fully loaded, the bathrooms are wonderfully appointed and the beds simply envelop you in comfort. Trevor was the most attentive and considerate host making sure we had more than what was needed to enjoy one of our best holidays ever. I cannot wait to venture back to Warm Brook Farm in the summer when all the gardens are in full bloom. Warm Brook Farm is a world class property in every way. Thx again, Trevor and Piper!! Darcy
