We have memory foam mattresses in each room. In the master bedroom we have an additional gel memory foam topper for extra comfort. Please be aware that guests in the back studio do have view of the backyard although the yard itself is only for the front house to use. Guest access All areas are for your enjoyment. The front house has a dedicated patio and backyard with BBQ. Please be aware of possible guests in the back studio do have view of the backyard although the yard itself is only for the front house to use. There is a window facing the yard where the yard is in view of the studio guests. The alley parking spot is designated for the back studio. Other things to note If you’re booking is longer than one week, OR we require extra cleaning, there may be an additional cleaning fee of $75+ Depending on what amount of extra cleaning is needed. There is a studio on the backside of the property and a window that faces the front house and views the backyard. Although the backyard is only for the front house use. The parking space off the alley is designated for Studio use only. Occasionally there is foot traffic in the alley. Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind inside of the house. We are extra sensitive to smoke or marijuana smell inside of the home and we will have to have the home ozoned. And this will be an extra charge of at least $200 - $500 Upon check out, please remove all used bedding and towels and place in front of the washer. Wash any dishes that were used. Running the dishwasher upon check out is fine. Empty all garbages. Garbage can are along the alley. Do NOT adjust the core settings on the thermostat.
