only down side was the bathroom being downstairs but it wouldn’t put us off staying there again!

Not one thing. It was all good.

The house was perfect. Home from home, spotless and cosy. Location was perfect for all eateries, pubs and shopping. Parking was the cherry on the cake

Everything was perfect.

The location, cleanliness and comfort. The kitchen was very well equipped with milk, water and fresh orange juice in the fridge, the 2 settees in the lounge were very comfy and the beds were exceptionally comfy, we slept really well both nights. The bathroom was a good size with a good shower. We have stayed in Beverley a few times and always head the minster bells through the night but not here as the double glazing is almost soundproof. Louise was very approachable and we are looking forward to returning already!

It was an excellent location easy walk into the centre of Beverley. Lovely property and very clean. I would say the Only drawback was the bathroom and toilet were downstairs through the kitchen so if you were a person who needed to go to the toilet through the night the stairs are very steep.

The House is end of terrace in a good location and has a modern stylish decor. Very comfortable. Shower room and Kitchen well equipped

Everything! Every room was exceptionally nice, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The owner had thought of everything——complimentary toiletries and towels,milk, water and orange juice in the fridge, well stocked kitchen etc. beautiful shower room,very comfy furniture and spacious bedrooms.She obviously has very high standards! The property has its own private parking space too and is only a few minutes walk from Beverley town centre.

it was very clean + comfortable + stylish, there was everything you could need + some extras such as toiletries + milk, juice + water in fridge also lots of tea, coffee + sugar sachets. Louise let me know when I could get in which was a lot earlier so was brilliant, I loved it.

the only thing was the front door, it had a bit of privacy but would have loved to put a blind down on the night

The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Location was excellent just 4 minutes walk to the centre of Beverly. There was free parking and Louise in was an absolute pleasure to deal with

Zero. Nothing to improve on. This lady has provided a homely feel, to a 2 bed house with 6 star quality. If I could find a problem I would need a microscope. I've worked in world class hotels, thus place is amongst them.
