Located in southwest garden, this attractive house for £223 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Experience one of the most unique and well known neighborhoods in Saint Louis! This private 4 bed 2 bath home is located on The Hill - historic Italian neighborhood of St. Louis. Enjoy a quiet, safe, and convenient location minutes away from great restaurants and bars. You'll be a short drive to all area attractions including downtown/the Arch, Forest Park (Zoo & Museums), Botanical Gardens, the City Museum, Busch Stadium, and much more... This is a spacious 4 bedroom home on the hill with plenty of amenities to make your stay comfortable and fun. There is a queen bed with a walk in closet in the first bedroom. In the second bedroom, full sized bunk beds with a smart tv. In the upstairs bedroom, a work space with sky light windows. The partially finished basement includes an additional bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom including a towel warmer, ping pong table, foosball table, a chalkboard wall to draw on and washer/dryer. There's a smart TV in the living room upstairs that that includes a surround home sound system. You'll have access to the full kitchen supplied with cookware, spacious dining room, large backyard that includes a barbecue pit. Coffee is included and Keurig coffee maker is available. Great WiFi included Guests will have private access to the entire home, including the backyard. The Hill Neighborhood is a highly desired place to stay! This neighborhood is in a safe area near major interstates and a short drive away from all major attractions. Walkable, safe and quiet area with famous Italian dining, bakeries, and shopping nearby. **The speaker system throughout the home has been disconnected and not available throughout stays** 1. No parties or events allowed. 2. No smoking allowed. (a fee of $200 will be billed to you for smoke odors in the home) 3. No unregistered pets allowed. 4. Respect to the noise curfew between 10pm - 7am. 5. Respect of the checkout time of 11am. 6. No illegal substances allowed on premises. 7. Please take care of furnishings, bedding, and towels. You will be billed for any damages to sheets, towels, appliances, and furnishings. 8. Please treat this home as your own, any extra cleaning fees will be billed to you for excess mess or neglect.

Took son and his family for a long weekend to explore St. Louis. Centrally located and easy accessibility. Clean and everything functional. Older home had modern updates and fun decor. Good neighborhood. We would rent again if we come to the area.

Historic home in a historic neighborhood. Anastasia is 5-star host and very accommodating. Walking distance to some of the best Italian restaurants in the Midwest. Was able to get downtown for a hockey game at Enterprise in 15 minutes. Our family can't say enough about the comfortable stay, convenient location, and the quality of the home.

The house is all updated so very clean. It provided the basics that we needed. The host responded promptly when we reached out to her. I would highly recommend this house on The Hill. It is walking distance to many coffee houses, restaurants and bars. It still remains a quiet and clean and safe area.

At the expected time we got instructions emailed to us from VRBO. When we arrived, with printed instructions in hand, they made no sense. The "lower buttons" that were to follow our specific six-digit code did not exist on the electronic lock. We tried every button that didn't have a number but none worked to unlock the door. Had we not been standing in the sun with the temperature near 100 degrees, we might have been more understanding and patient. We promptly asked for help via the VRBO app and began carrying our groceries, etc. back down the stairs to our car and loaded them and ourselves back into the car. We were debating where we would go for Happy Hour before we heard back. We were given new directions (4-digit code instead of 6-digit code) and told "VRBO has been having issues where they haven't updated anybody's check-in instructions" Since the property manager seemed to know this, I would have expected that she could/should have made sure we had the correct information. That is what I have done as a property manager. Disappointing but not tragic: The wifi never worked during our three-night stay. We were able to get spotty service from an adjacent property as suggested by the property manager. We had trouble finding enough forks and wine glasses for the three of us without washing once or twice a day. A TV remote was missing in one of the bedrooms.

Anastasia was amazing and easy to communicate with. The house is wonderful, very comfortable and it's located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. There are many options for great Italian restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this property for your next trip to St. Louis.

The house was very comfortable. We enjoyed our 3 night stay. We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers and there was plenty of room for all of us. The only thing we would ask before we stayed there again is to fix how the temperature is regulated. We set it at 69 and there were times it got up to 75. It was over 90 degrees when we were there. And the kitchen is not stocked very well.

Stayed here for a week long Spring Break trip (2 adults, 5 kids). We appreciated the central location and the quiet, safe neighborhood. Kids enjoyed the foosball and ping pong tables in the basement. Nice sectional for TV viewing at night.

My girlfriends and I rented for my birthday weekend out of town. The location is amazing and we felt very safe. We had a little trouble on our end figuring out the door the first time, but the owner was very responsive and helped us figure it out instantly and was such an amazing help and we didn’t have to wait for a response! House is absolutely gorgeous and just as pictured! We all had an amazing stay and would stay again in the future!

My wife and I along with our adult children and grandchildren enjoyed our stay at The Hill! This older home with character is in a quiet neighborhood and it was a great base location for our vacation outtings in St. Louis. The property was as described and was clean and well supplied. Anastasia was a great host- communicated well and addressed needs. Thanks!

This house is a little on the outside and big on the inside. It was very comfortable and clean. They even provided us with shampoo and conditioner and body wash. The property owner was very easy to deal with and the price was perfect for our group.
