I went down on a business trip with a family member, rooms were clean and comfortable. Customer service is above and beyond to the point that one of the desk folks even offered to bring a microwave from the employee break room to my mothers room so she could make popcorn!! The only down side for me was the shower had to handheld shower to reach those tricky bits. Definitely will be booking here again on my next trip!

Just a simple stay while I work the market here in Medford,Oregon. Hotel is 2 years old and nice on all fronts. Close to many places. The food here at the hotel is good with many options for all and the breakfast is solid as well. I do recommend the Compass Hotel!

I cant say enough good things aboutbthis place. Its stylish, has the resort vibe, lounge and restaurant this is good, staff is great, rooms are cute and clean.
Definitely stay here if I can next time.

Staff was very friendly upon arrival and throughout our stay. Breakfast was much tastier than the usual offerings at hotels. Room and hotel were very clean. The outside pool is heated and lots of room for gathering outside and inside. The only thing I would add to this hotel is a hot tub!!

I could hear the room above us. Child running people walking in heels. At 2am I could hear a baby crying and people out in the hall way talking. Very nosy place to sleep. I did call down to the front at 10pm to tell them my self and family could not sleep due to all the noise up stairs and the front desk was nice about it and it did quite down for a bit after that but still could hear lots of noise all night long.

Everyone there was so polite so friendly with everything. Everyone from the front desk to house keeping were great and helpful. I would definitely say again and recommend family and friends to stay there.

Brand new. One year old property. Great breakfast. Love the pool. Nice clean carpet-less rooms that are clean with comfy bed and pillows and thick bath towels.

The staff at this hotel are legit problematic. The hotel itself was clean, new etc. And I have stayed her a number of times on business trips with no problems until this last visit.
To say they behaved bizarrely is an understatement. It all started on the second day of my stay with a request to leave a card for incidentals, I informed they already had and had the "hold" on my credit card statement to prove it. I thought this was the end of it. Oh no, throughout the evening of the second night the staff proceeded to continually wake me up in the middle of the night demanding that I get dressed and come down immediately to take care of "my incidentals". It escalated from phone calls to banging on my door. It really felt dangerous and more like a mafia shakedown than a legitimate request. I repeatedly asked to be left alone, repeatedly told them I had already given them my card. They would not be disuaded - apparently the $40 I owed has to be paid in the middle of the night OR ELSE. BTW this is the first review I have ever left for a hotel, I normally cannot be bothered but folks need to know about this place.

This is an excellent, new property with friendly staff and great prices. Dog fee is also low (compared to others in the area). Bathroom large and breakfast was excellent. Big thumbs up from a picky person!

The hotel that smells like a beach! The only thing missing was sand on a floor. It's a nice hotel but it seems a bit odd to build an entire hotel around a Jimmy Buffet (played over and over again) Margaritaville It's Five O'Clock Somewhere theme in dreary, rainy, boring Medford Oregon.

The property is new so everything looks clean and fresh. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The only downside was the breakfast. The eggs were overcooked and brown. The breakfast potatoes were mediocre in flavor.

This is a relatively new property and extremely well maintained. The staff is also very friendly and helpful when checking in their guests.
The rooms are generous in size and the appointments are detailed for comfort. Pets are welcomed, but do carry a small fee for overnight. They have cocktails in-the bar and a nice range of food options. Joe who operated and managed the restaurant was outstanding and more than happy to help make your stay a most pleasant experience! I highly recommend this establishment for travelers.
