Completely remodeled 3 bedroom home with open floor plan and HUGE island. New Pool and outdoor kitchen added in 2022. It's the perfect home for family and friends to reconnect. Minutes from Fremont Street and the Las Vegas Strip in a quiet subdivision with easy access to freeways, shopping and all that Vegas has to offer. I live just down the street and will interact as much or as little as guests like. My knowledge of "the hood" can come in handy. If you have a question, please ask. Doug our host was pleasant, responsive and easy to work with. The property was just as described and in a good location for all the activities and events we attended for Super Bowl weekend.

This house had every dish plate utensil that you needed spices in the cupboards it was just a great place to be the hot tub was great showers were great I'd rent this

We had such an awesome stay. The house was perfect for relaxing at during the day, and was a quick Uber ride to the strip at night. Doug was a fantastic host as well. We will be back!

Wonderful time at this well kept home. Stocked with everything you need, nice big kitchen and great room for the family to be together. We spent tons of time in the pool and backyard. Loved the poolside umbrellas so the grandkids could swim in the shade. Doug is a great host.

Doug, the property owner, was a wonderful host and communicator. The home felt like home from the pool, washing machine, eating location, 15 mins to the Vegas Strip, and overall comfort. The best part was that my adult children loved it and allowed us to create new happy memories. I recommend this place to anyone, especially with a big family.

Overall very very good! Host is on top of his stuff. Any questions we had before were answered fast. We had a water issue handled immediately which would have ruined things big time!! Very responsive. House was very accommodating to the number of people we had.

Our stay was very relaxing. It was the highlight of our work day to be able to come back each evening to a great pool and outdoor area. The beds very comfy and the home had everything we needed to cook at the house.
The owner was very responsive and accommodating.
I would recommend this place if comfort and relaxation is in your plans.

We had a fabulous time. The rental was clean and beautiful. The backyard made the vacation for us. The pool is amazing. Doug was great to deal with and easy to get in touch with if we needed anything. He is a wonderful host.

We visited for UNLV graduation and wanted to stay off the strip. What a comfortable, wonderful house this was! The pool was perfect, as was the outdoor area where we spent most of the time. Doug was an excellent host. If we come back, we will definitely look to stay here again!

Douglas was the perfect host. The house was everything advertised and more. It was private, quiet, & yet quick access to all necessities and near downtown. We were in town for an athletic competition. The kitchen had everything we needed & the outdoor living space was delightful! Douglas quickly responded to all my questions - couldn’t have been more accommodating. Would highly recommend and return ! Thank you, Douglas!

This is a beautiful property. We enjoyed our stay very much. The pool was amazing. Doug was very attentive to our needs. The house is very well furnished with everything you could possibly need.

Easy booking and communication with owner throughout with all questions answered promptly. The house is amazing and equipped so so well. Offers peace and quiet away from the bright lights of the strip which is an easy Uber ride away. Loved our visit-would highly recommend .

My family of five plus a poodle thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Doug’s rental. Everything we needed was provide from towels, stocked kitchen and welcome gifts. My husband and I stay in 1-2 short term rentals a month and he was completely gushing about what a good job Doug does. Thanks!

Everything was very clean & was very well stocked. We really enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Would highly recommend. We were in town for a family wedding.

This house is perfect for anyone who wants to be near the strip but far enough away that you can relax in peace and quiet when needed! It was only a 15 minute Uber away from both Fremont and the strip. All toiletries, towels, kitchenware, etc. are provided. House and pool/hot tub were very clean. The pool and hot tub are both temp controlled via an app you download on your phone which was a nice way to enjoy a cool pool during the hot day and hot tub during the cool nights. Check in was easy and Doug is very kind and personable. All in all was a 15/10!
