New Hot Tub located on back patio! 4 min from The Beach, Downtown Atlantic Avenue, Close to Boca &FAU Walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. Backyard Patio w/outdoor TV, Cornhole, Pingpong, BBQ Grill & Hammock Cable TV, Washer & Dryer included New King & Queen size beds, TV in all rooms Kitchen appliances, complimentary wine, snacks, beverages, kitchenware Newly renovated & accommodating family friendly home. 2 sofas in living room with 75” inch TV above electric fireplace. Cable in living room TV and on outside TV (sports package included), streaming on all other TVs. 3 bedrooms total: 1 bedroom with a king & queen sized bed, 1 bedroom with a king, and 1 bedroom with a queen. Pack and go Play, High Chair, Infant Changing Table, Baby Monitor, Baby Bath Tub, Outlet Covers, Children's Tableware Set, Children's Books. Washer & dryer included. Iron, ironing board, cleaning products, toothpaste, tooth brushes and beach chairs provided. 2 full bathrooms with showers, shampoo, soap and towels. Full kitchen including snacks, coffee, creamer, sugar, complementary wine, kitchen appliances, microwave, toaster oven, silverware and glasses. Cornhole, board games, cards, and dominoes available. Very spacious backyard with table, chairs, outdoor TV, BBQ grill, and fireplace. Outdoor patio with 2 ceiling fans included. Free parking in private driveway, fits up to 2 cars.

My husband and I were staying in the rental property from Nov. 16 till Nov. 22. The spacious, comfortable and clean home exceeded my expectations with the host's special touches of hospitality: bottled water and soft drinks in the refrigerator, sweet snacks, coffee and tea choices and even a bottle of wine left for our enjoyment! My husband and I visited family in the nearby neighborhood and could not ask for a better location, within a walking distance to their home. For the next visit in Delray area I would again look for this property! Thank you Daniel for hosting us at your family vacation retreat!

Came here with some friends for vacation and it was a great spot! Great location as it’s super close to the beach and Atlantic Ave, as well as a bunch of nearby stores. Home was beautiful and super clean with a great backyard to hang out at nighttime and complimentary snacks and beverages. Daniel was such a great help when we dealt with a cable issue and on top of everything!

Overall, this was an awesome property, and very accurately listed. The house was immaculate, location was great. It has a wonderful back yard and hot tub on the back patio. It could have used more glassware and plates, as the guests were drinking out of toddler cups. The property manager left snacks and drinks, which was a welcome surprise, as we could not get in to drop off provisions. My only negative comment was that the property manager/owner was not very responsive regarding questions before our stay. Otherwise I would highly recommend this property!

Location just off federal highway in Delray Beach, is good. You are not walking to the beach from here though.
Property, clean and nice touches: of snacks and lots of towels, as well as laundry detergent etc., left by owner.

This place was perfect for a long weekend visiting family in the area. With kids, it’s much nicer to have a living space and kitchen as well as laundry vs staying in a hotel. This place was stocked with so many thoughtful amenities. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We left Fort Myers to escape from the hurricane. This place exceeded our expectations. We love the area, and plan on making this a yearly trip.

This place is everything you could possibly want or need. It is kept in immaculate condition, feeling safe & comfortable. Stocked with all necessities and even a few snacks and complementary bottle of champagne. Daniel was so easy to communicate with, was able to accommodate to our schedule when requesting a late check out. My fiancé and our friends enjoyed the ping pong table and corn hole for late night games and you really can’t beat a large hot tub big enough for us all to fit into. The rooms are spacious and perfect for everyone to have room to themselves. Only 4 minutes from the beach, and 9min from downtown Del Ray. Truly made our experience 1000% better. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Delray this is the best you’re gonna get!!
