Superbe établissement dépaysant et calme

Tres déçu …

L emplacement, le cadre, la piscine

Avoir réservé une chambre deluxe de 45 m2 et se retrouver dans une chambre très petite sans beaucoup de place. Rien à voir avec la description sur le site. Très déçu de la chambre. Pas de jus de fruit frais au petit déjeuner. Bruit de la climatisation très forte la nuit.

Amazing stay!

I loved the hotel - everything was comfortable, clean and beautiful! The good thing is that you can use the facilities of their other hotel which is located very close to this one (spa, gym and sky pool). The staff is very supportive and friendly.

Not good enough for the price

It’s definitely different from a 30 story hotel with a pool on the roof. The decor is nice and the beds and rooms are comfortable. Nice soft matress and a powerfull shower.

Everything is not as good as you expect from pictures or the price compared to similarly priced properties we have visited in the city. The pool is not maintained very well, staff is not overly welcoming or helpful. No welcome drink or cold towel, not even cappuccino is given at breakfast, you get nothing “special” for a 70$ night room. For this we expect more and at least 1 premium coffee in the morning. Extortion to ask extra money for that. You can get more for less elsewhere. This should be maximum 50$ per night maximum to be worth it.

Pool at Penh House is better if you want a swim workout like I do. The car driver who took us to Siem Reap was very sulky when we didn’t give a tip. Isn’t $110 enough?

L’adresse parfaite pour découvrir la capitale

Tout est parfait! Le lieu en tant que tel est déjà magnifique et très bien aménagé mais la qualité de l’accueil et de l’équipe rend cette escale incontournable! Du petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux, à la piscine en passant par les chambres très propres et confortables…jungle addition restera un de nos coups de cœurs de ce voyage d’un mois!

Green spaces like inside the jungle - Quiet neighborhood - Nice food and pool

The location is very quiet in the posh area near the Royal Palace Breakfast is very nice, you can have unlimited refill The pool is very chill with trees and green areas, I love relaxing there The room is very comfortable and facilities are ok The staff are super friendly and very helpful. They answered all questions I have and always smile

Lovely quiet jungle oasis in a busy city!

Hotel in a lovely green setting, with lots of trees and birds. Very quiet and relaxing in a busy city. Very clean and pleasant pool. The room was a good size and very comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and good coffee. A couple of good places to eat and drink just outside the hotel or you can walk 10 minutes and go to Bassac Street area or other restaurants.

The air con in our room was perhaps a little less efficient than we have been used to, so the room was on the warmer side. However, it was still very comfortable.

La quiétude au cœur de Phnom Penh

Le charme de l’esprit colonial de l’établissement et de la chambre. Chambre très spacieuse, bonne literie. Petit déjeuner suffisamment varié à notre goût. L’établissement possède un 2eme hôtel juste à côté avec un rooftop que je conseille pour le soir.

La salle de bain peut être un peu petite par rapport à la taille de la chambre

Erg aangenaam verblijf in een hotel dat meer past op een tropisch eiland dan in de grote stad

Jungle Addition voelt als een oase van rust in de tuktuk-mierenhoop die Phnom Penh toch wel is. Het zwembad en de daaromheen aangelegde tuin zijn een fijne thuiskomer na een dag in PP. Goede kamers en bedden ook. Douches met warm water binnen een minuut.

Het enige minpuntje is, net als veel andere hotels trouwens: niet erg veel opbergruimte voor je kleding. Wat is er mis met een goede kledingkast? Maargoed... dat is ook echt het enige minpuntje.

Een oase van rust. Heerlijk!

Een oase van rust op loopafstand van het koninklijk paleis. het hotel heeft een groene tuin waar een heerlijk ontbijt geserveerd wordt. Er heerst een serene rust. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk. Een heerlijk hotel!

Exceptional hotel with incredibly friendly, warm hearted staff. Tranquil pool and beautiful rooms.

This was probably my favourite hotel during our three weeks in Cambodia and Vietnam. I loved everything about it. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our 16yr old is 6ft2inches and hit his head on the hotel sign on the street. The next day, they invited him to stand under the sign….they had moved the sign higher!! Exceptional service!! Our rooms were spacious and immaculate and the pool was a quiet oasis under the lush canopy. Would definitely stay here again.

Top class hotel.

The staff 100 we amazing from the start. Lovely guy checked us in. Rooms are gorgeous. We loved being in the ground floor. Pool is excellent and you can go the sister hotel and use the roof top pool there too. It’s literally meters away. Breakfast was great. Lots of choice

Un hôtel plein de charme!

L’ambiance d’un petit hôtel dans une jungle. C’est vraiment bien. Le personnel aux petits soins. Il n’est pas au centre ville mais très proche. Cela permet d’être plus au calme. En plus, il est associé à un plus grand hôtel à 2 min à pied qui permet de profiter d’une piscine sur le rooftop et d’un super resto. La vue est extra. Je recommande sans hésiter.

La struttura è in uno splendido giardino tropicale. Camere grandi e confortevoli, pulite. Personale molto gentile. Colazione alla carta, forse con poca scelta ma di ottima fattura

Perfekte Ruheoase im Zentrum von Phnom Penh

Wunderschöne Zimmer in einer renovierten alten Villa. Der herrliche Poolbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein. Frühstück wird serviert und ist sehr gut. Es können zusätzlich Rooftop-Pool und Fitnessraum des benachbarten Hotels benutzt werden. Das Peronal ist außerordentlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Unsere Klimaanlage hat nicht sehr gut funktioniert. Man hat sofort versucht, sie zu reparieren. Weil der Schaden allerdings erst am nächsten Tag durch einen externen Techniker behoben werden konnte, hat man uns gleich eine Suite als Ersatz angeboten. Lage ist perfekt. Jungle Addition war das schönste und beste Quartier unserer dreiwöchigen Reise.

Ein kleines Paradies mitten in der Stadt

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war à la carte zum Auswählen und sehr lecker. Die Nähe zum Königspalast war super! In 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Die Zimmer sind etwas dunkel durch die vielen Bäume im Garten. Dadurch ist es aber sehr angenehm kühl.

.Une adresse d'exception

L'emplacement est une excellente base pour naviguer ensuite dans le coeur de Phnom Penh. Le calme de ce jardin donnant sur une petite rue tranquille bordée de quelques bars accueillants en fait une parfaite base arrière pour se reposer. Les chambres, le jardin et la piscine constituent un ensemble où l'on se sent en permanence chez soi. Le personnel est adorable. Le petit déjeuner est au top.

Chambre décevante dans un bel écrin

L’emplacement, la piscine sous les frondaisons, l’amabilité et la disposition du personnel.

Notre grande chambre « Deluxe » avec balcon sur jardin était en réalité une longue chambre très sombre donnant sur une terrasse tournant le dos au jardin et à la piscine et juste séparée d’une zone de service par une palissade de bambous. l’annonce et les photos de Booking ne reflètent pas du tout la réalité! Dommage.

personnel toujours aux petits soins . Decor fantastique en plein milieu de la ville mais super calme Petit dejeuner excellent taille de la chambre confort de la literie Exterieur pour travailler acces au roof top de l hotel partenaire juste à coté

Vi vender meget gerne tilbage

Stilfuld indretning og store rummelige værelser med udgang til private balkoner/altaner. Lækker morgenmad, hvor man krydsede liste af med diverse valgmuligheder og fik serveret maden ved bord i udendørsområde. Frodig have med pool, fin beliggenhed og virkelig serviceminded og hjælpsomt personale hele vejen rundt. Derudover adgang til mini gym og rooftop pool på søsterhotel

Good central location with welcoming staff

Great location in the heart of the city and welcoming staff. A little disappointed the pool was out of action when we stayed yet we were allowed to use the sister hotel round the corner. We were only 2 of 4 rooms occupied so difficult to judge on atmosphere when busier

Hot water was sporadic in and some over power rooms perfume used to hide the newly decorated smell.
