Didn’t accept my card once got there but the card I use online was wat I brought in to hotel I never stayed at your room and my money never deposited back no nothing experience wasn’t great nice or comfortable sit the list of money

Absolutely loved staying here. The location was near the place I needed to business. The room was quiet and so comfortable. I got the best sleep ever. The room was equipped with a kitchen with everything a person could need. I will definitely stay here again.

A car got broken into in the hotel parking not long after we checked in. Window broken out and everything.

Generally clean. Suite actually smelled like cleaners the whole time. The one window needed cleaned from the outside for a better view. Walls were a little thin as we could hear our neighbors talking and laughing. Overall all, good location, variety of furniture in the room, big kitchen with basics, breakfast was pretty good. Service was good. Note that parking is not included. You pay $24 a night to use their lot or use street parking.

This is a very clean hotel in a convenient location. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I would have given it 5 stars except for the breakfast. The hot food was barely lukrwarm and there was not a great selection.

The service was great and the room was super clean. It was spacious and modern. The kitchen was fully stocked. The check-in time is 4:00 and check-out is 11:00. I’ve traveled all over the world and stayed at more hotels than I can remember. This was the first hotel with such a late check-in time of 4:00.

The shower glass door in the bathroom fell completely off the wall onto my daughter could of been deadly fr,otherwise very clean n the staff was incredibly nice

The hotel was excellent with a friendly staff and comfortable, spacious rooms, and a very good free breakfast.
The staff was available to assist us with good information regarding places to shop, etc.
We will definitely return for another time when we are in the area.

The hotel is super clean and pretty easy to get to, which I love. Parking is limited but it’s also downtown so it’s to be expected and we were able to find a spot without it being too far. Beds were comfy and facilities were exceptionally clean. Check in was … questionable. I did not find the front desk person to be friendly at all. However, was the total opposite. The front desk person was phenomenal. She was kind and amicable. All in all, a clean, convenient location although not everyone is friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
