The house features an incredible series of jungle inspired murals by a local New Orleans artist and a private heated outdoor pool in the backyard. Ideally located between the French Quarter and Garden District, this house has the space to relax while being just minutes to all that New Orleans has to offer. The Space: NOTE The above ground pool (as shown in the pictures) will be removed on May 6th, 2024. After May 6, 2024, the house will have access to a shared in-ground pool on an adjacent property. The new shared in-ground pool will be shared with 3 other houses. There are coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance and you’ll be a five minute walk from the famous St. Charles Streetcar which you can take to both the French Quarter and Garden District. Getting Around: Streetcar: We're a 5 min walk to the St. Charles Streetcar which goes to both the French Quarter and Garden District. Driving & Walking Times: Downtown/Warehouse District: 3 minute drive French Quarter: 6 minute drive Garden District: 5 minute drive Superdome: 4 min drive Parking: There's free on-street parking and you’re allowed to park overnight. Other Things to Note: NOTE The above ground pool (as shown in the pictures) will be removed on May 6th, 2024. After May 6, 2024, the house will have access to a shared in-ground pool on an adjacent property. The new shared in-ground pool will be shared with 3 other houses. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am) are strictly enforced. For the security of our guests, we have external recording devices (security cameras) located by the front door and back of the house. These are exterior only. Per City of New Orleans regulations, this property is equipt with a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) . This device also monitors occupancy and cigarette smoke. More information can be found at minut.com. Monday and Thursday morning pool cleaning and landscape maintenance: On Monday and Thursday mornings (between 8am-11am) Jose comes to check the chemicals and clean the pool and Lauren comes (every other Thursday) to do landscape maintenance. Swim at your own risk. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.

We chose this house because all ten of us could fit around the table and there was plenty of space to gather - though we didn't know it when we booked, this may have been our last family gathering with my mom. Her greatest joy is conversation over meals, and we gave her that. For my dad, this was a bucket list trip to the National WWII museum, and for the younger set, the French Quarter was high on the list. This house was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do, and the property managers were available for any issue we had (they even had the patience to show my 80-year-old dad how to use the "newfangled" TV remote)! We loved the murals, and though the neighborhood is in the midst of regeneration, we felt safe and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The photos of the outdoor space did not do it justice - and even though it was January, a couple of us were brave enough to try out the heated pool. It was lovely, with plenty of towels and great laundry facilities. Highly recommend!

We came to NOLA in July to move our daughter (Tulane rising Junior) into her new rental home. When I saw the photos, I thought our daughter (and Architecture major) would love this! It did not disappoint and the pictures did not do the outdoor space justice. Needless to say we loved this home!! It was supper clean and the design is amazing and fun. Our kids and my daughters friends loved the pool and outdoor space. The location was very central in an up and coming neighborhood. We will definitely rent this house again

We had a great time at the house! It was perfect for our family while attending my daughters graduation from Tulane. Quick drive to campus and great kitchen dining area! We had a large group with some elderly. We were able to bring food in and cook breakfast with ease! I would definitely choose this property again!
