Property is big and mainly wedding purpose but staying there is comfortable only the food is not available at hotel.

There was renovation work was going on , only me and may 1 more guest was there.Little bit awkward feel.

Property was conveniently located, rooms were larger than expected, and decently maintained. Staff was helpful and accommodated our requests.

Lighting in the rooms could be better/brighter. Hot water was not available in one of the rooms. Amenities were available, but basic. Tata Sky was not working.

While we have gone multiple times to Lucknow, We had one of the best trips to Lucknow because of the hospitality of Trident Jaipur. The rooms, food and almost everything was impeccable. Would like to specially mention name of Akash Goutam, Subhajit Jana (both service staff) who made this stay all the more special with their best in class services. Special t of the world. Also wanted to thank another service staff Ajay who also made a good contribution to the overall hospitality

Overall service at hotel is best is very cooperative as he is doing house keeping service. Staff at hotel is good. Location was very good. Laudry service is also good. Thank you

Very good hotel rooms. Good behaiviour of Recommend to stay here. was my house keeping guy. Really helped me a lot. Food is also good. Lots of option for breakfast. Room is clean and nice to enjoy.

I had an excellent stay The staff was very courteous and polite, especially The housekeeping staff ensured that the room was always spick and span and equipped with all amenities. Overall, I was very happy with the experience.
