Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well. Pet policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend! Parking: There is room for 6 cars in the driveway. Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip. Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book. Inside the main floor, you'll find a light-filled living area that seamlessly connects with the dining room and kitchen, perfect for spending quality time together. Three comfortable bedrooms complete this level, offering a king-size bed for a luxurious retreat, a queen-size bed for restful nights, and another room with a queen-size bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, ideal for families. Challenge your friends and family to classic arcade games or a foosball match. Two full-over-full bunk bed sets provide additional sleeping options for larger groups. House Rules: - Guests must be 24+ to book the property. - One-night stays must be approved. - Groups larger than 14 need to be approved. We do not allow parties. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.

It’s an excellent sized property in a very quiet setting which was very nice. There were no coffee filters, but not a huge deal for us to go out and get some. The rug in the living room was absolutely filthy. Hair and debris ALL over it. Some of the linens smelled like left over cologne. The very first towel I used had numerous blonde hairs, and the hot water in the shower never got hot. We actually took showers elsewhere for the remainder of the trip. The setting itself is quite nice, but the cleanliness needs some work.

Very nice and quiet corner beach house that feels like home. This is our second time staying here. We love that it’s a hidden two story. The only bad thing is the mosquitos outside, but the owner can’t control that. Would definitely recommend for a quick get away.

My husband and I rented the Blue Marlin Beach Box for a mini vacation with the family over Thanksgiving week. We had a wonderful time with a camp fire every night and lots of games to enjoy. Do remember you are on the coast and there will be mosquitos. We took care of the problem with citronella candles, a fogger and Deep Woods Off which kept them away. Great place for a family vacation. I would recommend you to bring bath towels, they are supplied but not many and very thin. Would definitely rent it again!

We went for bit more expensive rental because of amenities. Check in was easy but would like to just have code to doors instead of key to not lose. Downstairs is not mad for tall people if you are over 6ft tall will be ducking in downstairs area and shower do not try. Should put this in description of property. Has arcade games which only got 1 to work whule there and tv remote was not working so replaced batteries. Dock area is pretty dangerous since being repaired but assume it will be fixed. Fishing was pretty good. Mosquitoes Mosquitoes everywhere. Bring spray high deet. Nothing owners can do but wanted to warn you. Upstairs had a smell of sewage but went away a day or two then came back do of leaving. I will do better research on my part prior to paying more for amenities was not able to use. Overall good response from manager and place was clean.

Great location, close to the beach. The house did not have many amenities you have to bring everything with you including certain cookware. The house was not very clean upstairs nor downstairs. There were ants everywhere in the bed on the floor. Would not recommend this stay.

We came to this place to stay for five days and we all got sick. There is mold and mildew in the game room. I called the property manager three times and they never showed up. The bean bag was soaking wet. I had to take it outside whoever is cleaning. This place is not doing a good job. I found trash underneath the couches and the carpet was not vacuumed when we arrived. I am a very clean person, and this place was not clean and we all got a cold.The upstairs shower curtain was very dirty the towels were stained the fridge was not side by side like the picture shows.

The house was wonderful! Had everything you could ever need! Rooms and bathroom were nice ! Game room was an added bonus! So much fun. We brought our boat and it was such a breeze docking at the house! Would recommend to anyone and will definitely stay again!

Great place! Fun game room downstairs. Four stars because lots of flies even though we kept the doors shut, and one of the beds had sand in it when we arrived. Would return without a doubt though!

The property overall was very nice and I would stay again. The reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness is the BBQ pit was pretty nasty and the brush to clean it was completely worn to the plastic. But hey, it is a metal BBQ pit near the beach. Other than that, it was a nice clean property.

Booked this at the last minute because of the price..It’s everything it advertised. Only thing that I found negative was the A/C upstairs. It took a minute for it to cool down. I bumped it down 2 degrees at a time until it was @71. Took a min to go from 76 to 71. The downstairs a/c blows cold.

The downstairs game room was nice but very dirty. It had a sewage smell being covered up by a plug in. We had a short trip-Th-Sun & Sat we came home to a huge leak so we couldn't use the 2nd toilet/shower (fine-this was separate from the actual house (previous comment on floor plan not correct). Company was fast to respond-that was a plus. Beds were nice & updated. Floor was soft in places which was concerning. Linens were clean but fridge was dirty & there was dust on electronics. Cleaning crew definitely did not do a good job. Location was good (right before the bridge) so it was close to everything.

The location is great, property was clean, spacious and so soothing. Neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, yet so close to the beach it’s only a 4 min drive. Property owner was so friendly and checked on our comfort through our entire stay. Felt so relaxed and happy spending the time with the family in this great place. Will definitely be back as soon as possible.

Had family from around the country come and stay here for the Easter week. It had more than enough space to sleep, eat, and enjoy the family gathering of 10 adults and 4 kids. Easy communication with property manager and nice neighborhood to lounge and take a break. Thanks again!!

We came here for a family get together for the holidays with all of my adult siblings. This place would also be great for younger people because of the video games and fire pit! The kitchen was well stocked, had everything we needed! Don't forget your mosquito spray!!!

Went for a girls weekend getaway. Upon arrival we were only utilizing the upstairs and thinking “there should be more rooms according to the pictures”. Even though it was late we all took a trip to the lower level to see if there was space and we found the additional room. We also had to contact the owner because the hot water stopped working and he replied right away and sent the maintenance guy. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would stay again.
