About this condo rental
Nice Lake Forest Glen vacation rental, comfortable, clean and newly upgraded. New furniture in the living room (and throughout the unit) to cozy up on in summer or winter. Gas Fireplace adds ambiance during cold nights. The back yard is open to a grassy (or in the winter, snowy) common area. The master bedroom features it own bathroom and a king-size bed. One guest room has a queen bed and the other has two set of twin bunk beds. Great for a couple or for the whole family! Wifi is available. Located on Lake Tahoe's North Shore, Lake Forest Glen Condominiums are set in a lovely meadow between the highway and the lake. It is an easy walk to Skylandia Park Beach, Bristlecone Beach and many others on the shores of Lake Tahoe. This development features two pools, a sauna, hot tub (for year-round use), tennis courts, pickleball and a children's play area.(Amenities availability unknown for 2021). Each unit has two reserved parking spots and there is plenty of extra parking in two overflow parking lots located conveniently on the property. The complex is close to Tahoe City, ski areas including Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley USA, Northstar and Homewood Mountain, shopping and fine dining. The Coast Guard boat launch is just around the corner for our summer guests. Plus there is convenient access to great biking and walking trails, both on and off-road. In the winter, drive up the street to the Tahoe Cross Country XC Center. Easy short drive to Tahoe City with great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans. STR # 5378 MAX OCCUPANCY: 8 MAX VEHICLES: 2

Our extended family of 6 adults and 1 infant had a
nice winter weekend stay. The living room, dining room and kitchen were spacious and the heater worked well. The kitchen was well equipped. It was a very short drive to Safeway and restaurants in Tahoe City. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was easy to access, very clean, and comfortable. Beds were great, kitchen was well stocked and the patio is a nice feature. The small closet under the stairs had some great extras including plenty of beach chairs. Very close to the the pool and hot tub. We walked to the beach the first evening but realized you need to drive if you're bringing chairs, etc as it's a few blocks away. The parking lot is very small at the beach but there is street parking. Condo is a short drive to Tahoe City which has anything you could need. Definitely would recommend this condo!

This was a lovely home! We had such a great time! The house was clean and exactly what it says it is. The pools were great and so were the pickle ball and tennis courts! I would recommend here for anyone! We will probably be back!

The extended family stayed here for 3 nights. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was a 5 minute drive to the lake. The beds were comfy. Kitchen was stocked and we cooked several meals in it. The kids pool didn’t have a hot tub and you couldn’t see the stars at night from the hot tub at the adult pool because of the glaring spot light. But it was only a minor inconvenience. There was a table in the back deck to eat on with a giant umbrella for when the sun was too intense. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice amount of space for our two small families to share. Good basic supplies. Lots of bath towels! Nice, cozy blankets. Comfortable beds and covers. Good, functional dishwasher. Access to excellent and nearby playground and hot-tub. Easy parking.
Downsides: ant problem (along the ledge of window above couch - tried to kill them but they kept finding their way to crawl on me while watching TV), dated TV cabinet - bad use of space, broken toaster oven, wall-to-wall carpeting - even in the dining room, hot-tub jets turn off at 9pm.

Excellent house, perfect location
We had a fantastic time as a group of 8 young adults working remotely. Comfy bedrooms and living room, excellent kitchen supplies, a walk from the lake, and an easy drive to Squaw/Alpine. The internet also supported all of us working.

Awesome place for whole Family!
We loved this house. Perfect size, lots of snow toys for the kids. Old school coffee pot FYI. Everything was just as stated. Kids really enjoyed the snow in the backyard. Very close to town TV. Lots of board games at the house and cards. ;)

Close to squaw/alpine
AMAZING location for skiing at squaw/alpine, and more than enough space for a group of friends/family. Hot tub /pool for complex not open due to COVID.

Perfect Getaway
We had a great mini vacation. The property is newly remodeled and was very clean. Spacious master bedroom and located in safe neighborhood, close to the beach. If you need to get away, this is a great place to stay, whether it’s for a short trip, or long one!

This is not stocked here. Full of surprises
Had trouble opening front door. Arrived during a heat wave and condo was very hot and pool was closed:(( Laundry was left in the dryer from housekeeping. Kitchen well stocked and nicely updated. Bedrooms were comfortable. Dining room table was awesome and outdoor deck with table and umbrella was perfect. BBQ needs some repair. Nice condo complex opening onto shared pathways and green spaces but expected more privacy from the photos on website! 7-eleven close by was handy. Condo could have used Kleenex and extra lightbulbs. Property manager was very helpful and attentive:))

The accommodations were just what we needed. We were racing our Santa Cruz 27 sailboat and the condo was perfect. The bunk room worked for our crew. Two small points: mapping for condo location could be improved as well as the location of the trash dumpster. Not a big issue!

The unit was very clean and appeared as in the listing. Appropriate kitchen supplies and amenities. Check in and out was clear and easy. Locating the actual unit was a little challenging as well as the location of the dumpster. Specific maps would have been beneficial. We would stay there again.
