The owners have made some beautiful updates in décor and furniture both inside and out. This home is tucked away off 30A but just half a mile from the San Juan beach access. The bright white kitchen opens out to the main dining and living areas. There is also a back patio where you'll find a gas grill - ready for the grill master. Full size laundry and a convenient half bath finish off the 1st level. 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, each with their own private bathroom and balcony. The backyard is setup for vacation relaxation with plenty of seating around the grill area. Plus, a picnic style table if you'd like to dine in the fresh air. Catch up with friends and family over your favorite cocktail before turning in at the end of a long day of vacationing. Sleeping Arrangements: 1st Floor, Living Room: Sofa pulls out to a queen bed. 2nd Floor, Bedroom 1: Queen bed, private balcony. Beach Access: Head west on Elm Street, and head South onto San Juan Avenue. You'll take San Juan down and across 30A where the road will end at your beach access. Distance: .5 miles | Time: 9 minutes walking Seagrove Beach: Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right around the corner from the neighborhood. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
