I booked a room with ac but when i reached so they said that the ac isn't working please manage by yourself. And i said them to give a glass and it was looking like they haven't washed them from ages.

The staff was very rude, it took a lot of time to check in, the bathroom smelled really bad, also the sheets were unclean and overall hygiene was not good at all.

Everything. Unprofessional staff, room wasn’t cleaned, no toiletries, dirty sheets and towel, smelly washroom. Absolute nightmare of a stay.

Location is very good. Size of room and balcony area is very spacious.

Almost zero cleanliness, unwashed bedsheet with dirty stains, uncleaned washroom with insects, hair and all possible dirt.

Nothing was appropriate . Bathrooms, rooms everything was very dirty and unhygienic. No cleaning was done. Floor was sticky. Beds, linens , blankets had stains, dust and were stinking.

The hot water was not working and asking the manager, he said he don't know how is working.

Staff needs more training. Otherwise it's a good place to stay in.
