This condo is in Tower 2 and is a 3 bedroom 3 bath penthouse. ABOUT THIS CONDO The LIVING ROOM features two comfortable sofas that opens into a queen sleeper and a full sleeper, and there is a flat screen TV. If you want to truly enjoy the beach experience wander out to the balcony through your floor to ceiling sliding doors enjoy the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green Gulf waters. The MASTER BEDROOM features king sized bed and private bath. The room is beautifully decorated for your relaxation and enjoyment. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious closets. You’ll also enjoy the tiled bath with shower where you can relax and re energize after a day full of beach activities. The 2ND BEDROOM has a king size bed and attached bathroom. The 3RD BEDROOM has a queen size bed. Edgewater, PANAMA CITY, FULL SERVICE, Beautiful, Premier Resort. This gated resort with 24 hour security, is the chosen, number one, lodging facility in Panama City Beach. We searched the Florida panhandle and EDGEWATER is our favorite. Edgewater is the only Full Service Resort in the Panama City Beach area. Amenities include, controlled entrance, 24 hr. security, golf, 11,500 sq. ft. lagoon pool, landscaped with waterfalls, palms, flowers, plants, 11 total pools, spas, 2 restaurants on the water, lighted tennis courts, jet ski rental, parasailing, exercise room, gift shop, beauty salon, convention center, etc. The parking lot directly in front of the building means there is no parking deck to deal with. The low traffic elevators increase your time for fun and relaxing! Edgewater is only 15 minutes from the Airport, minutes from great Restaurants, which serve the best Sea Food, as well as other Foods of your choice, world-class sport fishing, evening dinner cruise, boat rides to Shell Island, championship golf, Ship Wreck Island Water Park, Zoo World, Gulf World, which offers a great afternoon dolphin show and a fantastic evening laser show, parks, state parks. Edgewater is just minutes from the new PIER PARK, with loads of fun and a great atmosphere, minutes from a movie theater, Ripley's Believe It Or Not Museum, WONDER WORKS etc. Edgewater Resort charges a $50 registration fee which includes one parking pass. You may resgister another vehicle for an additional $30 via the registration site. The link to register will be provided once the reservation is paid in full. We came from Wisconsin and I’ve never stayed in a VRBO that had so little to offer. No welcome, no information about the appliances nor the need to keep the balcony door closed(in order to balance the AC vs humidity), no refills of tp and paper towels. We did realize once we arrived, that most everyone in the building drove there, so they were able to bring everything they needed.We needed to purchase everything possible for the week. The damp sandy floors and left items under the furniture was a bit much. BUT the location is phenomenal and the balcony view was breathtaking. The services offered were good, but again, we had no beach supplies like everyone else, so we needed to deal with a very expensive rental or have short spurts on the beach. Lovely location and nice people.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation was good. There are a few small items that need to be fixed to make the experience top notch. The shower in the master bath doesn't drain so the water pools above your foot. We asked 3 times for this to be fixed and it wasn't.The a/c in the upper room does not work. There are many door handles etc that are loose. There is a blender that is broken. Just throw it out. The dishes etc were adequate but not great or even good. The TV is pretty much stream only. The internet was in and out.

The view and the location is great!! Elevators are fast, parking is easy and access to the beach is awesome. The condo was clean upon entry. The shower upstairs doesn’t have a lot of water pressure. The ice maker only dropped a few ice cubes our entire stay, we had to buy ice. We couldn’t get the dishwasher to work very well. After 3 washes the pod still had not dissolved so we hand washed the dishes. I would stay again despite the issues with the appliances.

We stayed a week. Didn't have any issues so I can't say much about communication with manager. The place was clean and everything worked. It could definitely use some items to make it feel more like home. Expect the bare minimum. We had to buy everything from salt & pepper, trash bags, even a scrubber for dishes. Other than that, we were happy with our stay and do recommend this place.
