The air con was good and the room itself was clean

When we arrived there was noone there to check us in so we had to sit around for a while not knowing what was going on. While sitting there, one of the dozens of cats (note: not all of the cats are shown in my photo, and some of which looked like they had fleas, and which are encouraged to be there as one of the owners feeds them proper meals) urinated on my bag - so a very bad start to the trip. The room is advertised as having a stovetop but it didn't have one. The room is advertised as having toiletries but we were only given hand soap and two small bottles of poor quality shower gel/shampoo combo. Once we used these up they were not replaced when our room was cleaned. It is a poor location at an over 1km walk to the beach (which feels a lot further in the heat), and it was ridiculously overpriced for what we got (and no breakfast included etc). All in all left very unsatisfied by the stay.

Exceptionally clean, space intuitive, excellent communication with host, very comfortable bed and a great balcony!!

Very noisy. You could hear everything from the other rooms WC could be newer and cleaner. To buy a drink/coffe you have to go to the hotel next door since there is no bar.

Perfect location, friendly and attentive staff, it really helped the entire experience in Greece be great! I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and will use it again in a future visit to Greece.

Awesome spot on the hill with a nice view of the town. Rooms were clean and comfortable. You need to go to the main office in town to check in and then they escort you to the property. You pretty much need a vehicle of some sort I wouldn't recommend walking. When checking out at 8am the office was closed to return the keys so I had to try and call to discuss a drop off point for the keys so a phone plan for greece is advised.
