This very large villa was just perfect for our family vacation. Spotlessly clean with everything you could need, it catered for our three generation family of 8 with ease. The grandchildren loved the huge garden/sand pit with all the provided toys. The veranda overlooking the garden was a delight and we enjoyed several BBQ's there. The gate in the garden really does give you direct access to a lovely beach, although we tended to drive the short distance to Punto Prosciutto for our beach days - beautiful ! We went at the end of the season (mid Sep) but still found plenty of shops open (excellent butcher next door to the nearest supermarket). Most evenings we made the short drive to Porto Cesareo for an excellent choice of restaurants and gelateria :-) Very useful to be able to park several cars within the gated grounds.

The wonderful experience enjoyed by 6 family members exceeded our already high expectations. Sparkling clean, spacious, and comfortable in every way, we loved every minute of our stay. The kitchen was well equipped, and opened on to a wonderful patio, which served as our morning, noon, and night social center Location was perfectly convenient, on an amazing beach, with perfectly clean, transparent water. 100 yards north on the beach there is the Orange Sun bar/ristorante, which we enjoyed. Antonio and Vanessa who operate the Cala Salento rental agency representing property, were immediate in their communications to facilitate the advance booking, and also the entry and departure process which could not have been easier. Their friendly manner, and kindness, also proved to be a complete, and unexpected pleasure. On departure day, we also had the unexpected pleasure of meeting the owners Roberto and Giorgia, who extended a very friendly greeting to all of our family members, which we was a very thoughtful, and appreciated personal touch to the end of our perfect visit.
