Beautiful room

Fabulous.

The room was tiny ony one chair in the seating area.I woould say the room they gave us was for one person not a couple.loved the bar tender casper he was amazing.

Very Scandi modern, clean and comfortable hotel located handily near the main railway station, restaurants and pubs. There’s no front desk / concierge but the app (doubling as the room key / hotel guide) works perfectly.

nice room unfortunately very poor entrance with lack of cleanliness (snow/dirt from shoes), and in the room no light curtains for the inside courtyard windows. and very noisy service door closing.

The hotel room was a little small, but comfortable. This is a “self-service“ type of hotel, but the app worked great, and we really had no problems. The room was comfortable. We didn’t have the opportunity to take advantage of the bar or restaurant. Centrally, located, and easy to get to train stations, shopping, and restaurants from.

Excellent customer service and property; Only one comment to change the pillows: They are terrible :)

what I look for on business trips. a great room to work and relax. everything else I can take care of myself and don't need to pay for. the result is a great room for good value. this will be my new hub working in Oslo from now on

Lovely and comfortable property. Cool bar and Savage in house is great. App works like a charm and staff are friendly. Only thing to keep in mind if you plan to use the hotel as a hub the inside rooms have an atrium window so good for light sleepers but not for the light hungry!

Next time I want to go shopping. I really enjoyed the museums, walking around the city, and the restaurants were delicious.

The initial pre-trip experience with Att was not positive: I hadn't received an email with details of the app you need to open the door (I booked via Hotels.com). So there seems to be some kind of comms gap between making a booking and receiving an email with the app. I had to send emails and call the hotel a few times etc. The app itself doesn't work every time you try to open the door - you find yourself standing outside your room wafting the phone at the door handle hopefully/forlornly. You have to have bluetooth on etc. Better to ask for a plastic card. The lighting in the room is very hard to work out - it seems automatic, but there isn't (or didn't seem to be) a master kill switch. The light switches are tiny with lots of different options and settings - very hard to make sense of. Getting up in the middle of the night, the lights come on brightly as you move around - whether you like it or not. A bit frustrating if you really don't want to be bathed in bright light at 3am. Then there's the elevator. The lift doesn't work to get you to the ground floor before 9am. Apparently its related to their being a bar in the lobby (which is a separate business). You have to walk around the corridor to get another elevator, then down stairs etc. and then get to another lift and a flight of stairs. It makes absolutely no sense! The breakfast is super limited - just croissants it appears. I think for my next trip to Oslo I'll stay elsewhere.

Very helpful staff and a great place to stay! Food in the bar/restaurant was very good for breakfast (the only meals we tried to eat at the hotel) - the bar on the 6th floor was really cool!

Nice room. We were expecting a breakfast buffet like other hotels in Scandinavia. It was a small, basic breakfast for the price. Very short staffed. Ordered breakfast (which I pre paid for 4 people) one morning. She brought out 3 plates, and seemed surprised we wanted a 4th breakfast for my husband. She honestly thought nothing was wrong.

Excellent location good size rooms. Very comfortable with good products in the room. Only negative is that we had an inner room and the windows do not open. We would definitely return but not to the same type of room.

Excellent place to stay in Oslo. Optimum location; super spacious room with kitchenette. Insanely comfortable bed and beautiful design overall. Will recommend and will stay again when back in Oslo

Comfortable, clean and tidy hotel. Although there's no reception staffs at the hotel, but during the opening hours of the bar at the lobby, you can find friendly and helpful staffs if you need assistance. The supply room is well stocked so there's no issue with weekly housekeeping. The location of the hotel is close to many attractions so you can easily walk to various places of interest, such as the National Museum, the Town Hall, the Akershus Castle etc.

Great concept. Very nice and clean room in mint condition. Like the bar and breakfast concept. All tasted great.

The design was very modern and the space was very generous.

Make sure that you read all of the information you get in advance and have your mobile charged when you arrive. Otherwise you can't enter your room. Rooms are fine, beds very comfortable. I love that there are dressing gowns in all rooms. One of the best things is that there is a steamer for your clothes! Lighting in the bathroom is not good for doing your make up. Otherwise I have no complains.

New & tastefully designed interiors. Walkable to plenty of restaurants and attractions.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! Central location, walking distance to main sights, caffès, restaurants, shops, train station. Hotel and room looked new, sparkling clean, and bedding was extremely comfortable. Adjustable room temperature was a plus for me and also the no hassle digital access for check in/out. The restaurant downstairs is a good place for breakfast and dinner. All in all excellent stay and I wish to return!

Was not able to get in the room, because app didn't work, but it was solved after couple hours while I was out of hotel visiting Oslo. Rooms where big and had enough space, warm and comfortable. Also some pictures from the rooms had cooking surface included, but my room didn't had that added. In overall stay was nice, door unlocks worked fine later on, location is very good.

While leaving the elevator was not working at 3:30 am. The coffee in the room was not replaced during my stay. Process of digital checking not explained on Expedia site while booking. It would be good if you had one staff at the counter assisting guests when required.

Mye styr for å få tilgang til hotell. Kopi av bevis, tullete. Bruk bank id eller noe mer 2020. Fine rene rom og god seng. Sentralt.

New and exciting hotel in Oslo with bar, different restaurants and even a movie theater. Looking forward to go back
