We loved our stay in Safir! The hotel has a great, sandy beach. The facilities are very well maintained and our room was spacious and very clean. Food is tasty and they have very good variations for breakfast. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed windsurfing on the beach at a reasonable cost.

The rooms was not clean as it should be, we got a remote room that is far from everything. Some of the staff were not pleasant

The food at the beach bar was not so good, cocktails too. the best thing is to go with the local beer they got there.

Very nice hotel, great location by the beach, the team was great, all the time they wanted to know that we are satisfied. They take care of cleaning all the time! Also the food was good thanks to their chef Samy Moddy.

The room i checked in to had a problem in the shower sink. Gave me another room which its balcony door do not open. Then gave me another room which was fine. If you don't shout at the managers they don't solve the problems. Sad. The other simple staff are nice. Most of the rooms are very far from the beach. The hotel is like a maze difficult to find your room and paths are long and not in streight lines. Very Loud music during the whole day at the pool like an never ending pool party , also on the beach. Impossible to relax. Impossible to get a nap in you room in the afternoon because you can hear the music inside your room. Meals at the beach bar are very small and expensive.

The resort is very spacious and well-maintained, lots of greenery grass and has its own beach. A few min walk from Dahab laguna (if you are kitesurfer).

The resort is amazing - big, the room is big and with a balcony, the shower is great. The private beach is sooo nice.

The coffee at breakfast isn't great (in my opinion, undrinkable) - but as much as coffee is important to me (very) the hotel was amazing enough that it didn't hurt the experience. Also, we were told the coffee Machine at the bar by the beach is better.

Great resort that offers all-inclusive options. The location is not ideal (2-3km from Dahab center) but it does come with its perks which are a beautiful semi-private beach and ample space within the resort. There is everything you may need inside such as a tennis court, a bazaar, an atm, beach volley, a pool bar, a beach bar, 2 restaurants and various spots you can enjoy a coffee or sheesha. The room was excellent in terms of quality, comfort and convenience. The housekeeping staff were very kind, were cleaning daily and provided us daily with bottled water, toiletries and towels. The highlight of our stay was the rich options and delicious breakfast and lunch buffets. Omelets are made by chefs on the spot, there are all kinds of pastries, desserts, cheeses, salads, etc. Special thanks to Mohammed, the waiter at the breakfast area, that was very attentive and helpful to us. He definitely deserves a raise or a promotion!

While the food is fantastic, the beverages were very disappointing. For example, there is no fresh orange juice even though the staff says the orange juice from the plastic bottle is "fresh". Coffee is also mediocre and the cocktails are not even drinkable. The last bit is around the staff that provides services and/or activities. There is constant pressure to do activities, especially paid ones such as water sports, day tours and other out-of-the-hotel trips. Equally disappointing are the prices for the services they offer such as taxis to/from Sharm El Sheikh airport. They shared with us that the price for a taxi to the airport is $50-60 while a local taxi that is not affiliated with the hotel cost half that amount. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the food and the facilities but left feeling we were seen as cash cows.

I really don't like how the rooms very old and we move to sweet room the same very old very noisy air conditioning very much don't late you sleep the light not working the water in the bathroom every when the cleaning don't come the food out side door 2 days no one take it very bad really to me it's motal not hotel i hope the G.M see my message and all the gust messages and we go to the restaurant to eat no one in the table and we asked the guy work there he say I don't now you set another table and he safe it to another 3 lady's and first minute she walk she give him money O.M.G I can't believe it how is that and the food very bad really i swear to God I say true what happened with our trip i will never go back again these hotel he makes me don't go again to dahap at all really
