Our condo is great for those seeking getaways with easy access (no stairs, ground level) to outdoors. We have the best location overlooking Elkhorn's pond and are very close to the village pool/hot tub, (closes 9/18-11/24) tennis/pickle ball courts, golf course. There is a nice Golf Clubhouse and a free community bus which will deliver you to Dollar Mountain, SV Resort, downtown Ketchum and River Run Base area! The 3 BR+ Den condo is a conveniently located end unit just 500 ft. up a short path from the Elkhorn Village Pool/Hot Tub and parking area. The unit features 4 BRs (K/Q/BB/Murphy Bed) it sleeps 6 adults and 2 children. The living room has a thermostat-controlled gas fireplace, large smart TV and Wi-fi access is available throughout the condo. Our large patio has a gas grill and dining table for 6 people which overlooks the serene Elkhorn Pond. There is a gourmet chef's kitchen with new appliances, wine/coffee station featuring a beverage cooler, filtered water outlets and rare Turbo Chef oven. The granite island counter seats 3 at barstools in addition to a dining table for four. There is a stack washer and dryer in hallway closet and heated tile and hardwood floors in the bathroom and kitchen. The Master bedroom has a King bed and bathroom with shower/tub combo and Toto toilet. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed (the lower bed easily converts into 2 benches and table for children). The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a 2nd full bathroom and there is a coffee station, microwave, sink, small refrigerator in the hallway. A ski locker is located just outside the main door, there’s plenty of room for bicycles on the patio or in the detached garage. The condo is nicely furnished with down comforters, quality sheet and towels and beautiful Sun Valley artwork.
