Ebb Tide You’ll have three floors of beauty to enjoy when you book time in Ebb Tide, a custom bay-and-ocean-view home near Siletz Bay. Gorgeous appointments make this clean, open home perfect for a relaxing stay at the beach: Italian tile, hardwood floors, view windows, tongue-and-groove ceilings, inset lighting, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, multiple decks, and two master suites give your guests plenty of beautiful space to gather and retreat. An upper-level great room brings you Siletz Bay views, a gas fireplace, contemporary furnishings, a chef’s kitchen, and a long dining table for coastal feasts. An extensive deck with a barbecue is perfect for admiring the sunset over the bay. Three private lower-level bedrooms include a king master suite with direct access to the outdoor hot tub. Two queen bedrooms share a tiled bath with a beautiful walk-in shower. A hot and cold outdoor shower supplements the hot tub. From the third floor (where your younger guests will delight in their own sky-high bonus room complete with air hockey, TV, twin beds with trundles, and their own deck), you can glimpse the Pacific over the houses on the Salishan Spit. Walk out your door for nature hikes along and into the bay for clamming at low tide. You’ll be minutes from the Taft District, including glass-blowing, beach walking, crabbing, dining, shopping, and the bird and seal action along the bay. Your south Lincoln City location makes for easy day trips to Depoe Bay, Newport, Yachats, and Florence. Why wait? This place was such a good find. It was perfect for our needs as a group of eight adults. Lovely kitchen, comfy beds, and lots of different places to be when you need your own space. The big dining table was a huge plus and greatly appreciated. We originally planned to fit 10 there and I think that also would've worked. We had a slight issue getting into the lockbox, but it was easily resolved by calling the provided number. Great customer service.

Lots of useable living space and well furnished. Places to separate and come together. Great location to go up and down the area to a variety of beach locations.

We arrived about 45 minutes before check in and were told by the person that stopped by to check on the property from Meredith that "that wouldn't be an issue". We received a call about twenty minutes later from Meredith that they would have to charge us $50.00 for checking in early. That is inconsistent with what we were told by the representative at the house and unfair for only 45 minutes of time before check in. The agent on the phone had zero empathy for our situation. The house was great but I would never rent a property managed by Meredith again and would recommend that anyone who owns a rental property never use them as a property management solution.
