In the 2nd bedroom the blinds were hard to close - had to climb on bed to do so. Also some of the mugs stained other than that a good experience

The beach is nice and very only a 2 minute walk. The house was spacious enough for the four of is and the extra toilet is very welcome with 4 people. The Waterfall Way is also nearby.
There was something rambling a bit at night, couldn't find out what it was. It did not bother me much.

Great location, roomy unit with extra lavatory. Good sized bedrooms, comfy lounge in large lounge room, large dining table and patio with outside dining

The location is perfect we wandered to everything in Sawtell from Leigh's place and didn't need our car

Location was great, close to beach and shops, cafes etc. Everything was very clean and well maintained. very pleased to have a second toilet with 4 adults staying.

Cost was excessive for duration of stay (however understandable due to there being a major sporting event being held nearby.

Bed was rock hard and could do with some new pillows.

The place was beautiful and very clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. Leigh was fantastic and had excellent communication. I would highly recommend this beautiful villa.

We were so surprised the villa was really just opposite beautiful Sawtell beach. The villa was beautiful, perfectly spacious for our family of 4, and it has everything we needed.

Very spacious, clean and well appointed unit. Good courtyard, very private. Very close to beach & town centre, all within 5 minute walk. Would like to stay again.
