Walnut Grove, this beautiful 1930's historic home welcomes you to Nashville and will make your visit an extra special event. The home sits on 6 manicured acres yet it is close to all the excitement that downtown Nashville has to offer. The house is centrally located being less than 5 Miles to Downtown Nashville, the Nashville Airport and The Grand Ole Opry. Enjoy the serene peace and quiet of this beautiful property while being a short drive or Uber ride from all of the excitement. On the main level the house has a large living room with flatscreen TV, office/game room, large kitchen with breakfast nook and a large dining room with seating for 10. There is a King size bedroom on the first floor and another room with a queen size bed. There is a shared full bath next to the King room. Up the beautiful staircase you will find a Master King room with ensuite private bath, another Master Suite with King bed and connected shared bath with a room with two twin beds and a set of bunkbeds. This bathroom has an additional dressing area. The outside has a beautiful area for entertaining with a gas grill, hot tub, large sitting area and fire pit! You will have ample privacy on 6 beautiful acres! Host your small event at this beautiful home! We allow small events such as baby showers, graduation or rehearsal dinners, or intimate weddings. For an additional fee you can have up to 20 extra guests for your small event. Events are limited to a maximum of 30 people including the registered guests staying at the house. All events must conclude by 11:00 pm, no exceptions. Please message me to discuss your event!

This home is laid out perfectly for a family of six or seven people! We had plenty of space for all of us and we truly enjoyed the large dining room that comfortably seats a party of eight people. We lingered over some wonderful breakfasts and dinners! The property also has a very nice firepit which the hosts graciously had set up for us to enjoy. We would definitely return for a future stay!

Our family had plenty of space for eating, playing and sleeping. Enjoyed the large dining room table for the whole family to gather around. I really enjoyed soaking in the hot tub at the end of the day. Communication with property manager was excellent. Location was convenient to grocery stores and downtown. Definitely recommended.

This renovated old house was such an awesome place. We had plenty of room for everyone and appreciated the old fashioned feel with a touch of modern. The location was perfect for our activities and would certainly stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while visiting my son in Nashville for our Christmas celebration together. The place was beautiful, comfortable and we had plenty of room for all 12 of our family members. We made a lot of great memories and will definitely come back!

Home was absolutely beautiful and decorated impeccably for Christmas! Rooms are large and very comfortable. Everything was just Perfect!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Host was extremely responsive!

This property was beautiful. The house was as-described in the listing, and was exceptionally clean when we arrived. It was an easy check-in/check-out process. In fact, it was the simplest check-out process we have ever experienced on VRBO. So nice!
The house was incredibly convenient to everywhere we went in Nashville. We went downtown a lot to eat and shop, less than 15 minutes away. We also went up to Opryland to tour and shop, which was less than 10 minutes. We flew in and out of BNA, 10 minutes away. Overall, the house was in a perfect location for us.
Would recommend this to anyone coming to Nashville. The house works especially well with big groups!

We had 3 generations of family meet up for a reunion/vacation. The home was clean and well maintained. The property was beautiful. We had 9 people that were able to make it and had plenty of room. Also had plenty of room for parking in front and back of home. The property manager and owner were very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was just as good or better than the pictures. We had a very relaxing weekend. Our Mom and her three children and spouses spent the weekend together in Nashville. House was large enough for us to spread out. Was nice to bring our dogs with us. Was a wonderful weekend to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. House was perfect for us and we will be back.

We were very impressed! Very clean. There was plenty of room for seven ladies in their seventies. We had a bit of difficulty with the very low, wobbly toilet on the main floor and the shower door leaked, but overall it was a wonderful experience!

Everything about our stay here was great. The house was large enough that the 9 of us had plenty of space. We loved the feel of an older home with just the right amount of modern updates. Nicely decorated with everything we needed. Very happy we chose this house for our stay and if we ever make it back to Nashville we will definitely book this home again!

At first I did not want to rent such a large house for 4 people on most days, with one other person for 2 of the nights. I felt I was bring extravagant!
But it really is a very relaxing house. We did not use the hot tub, so those that do, I am sure it will be even more relaxing for you.
We enjoyed the fire pit 2 nights in a row.
The house was in a convenient location for us!
The rooms are spacious.
I will try to book this house when we come to Nashville again!.

The home and property was a great fit for our family time in Nashville. The home was large enough to accommodate 3 generations in town to celebrate our sons wedding, and also afforded us the opportunity to host an extended family gathering the day after the wedding for those that had traveled to attend. The rooms are generously sized and the grounds are large enough for us to enjoy all together. The owners graciously provided additional tables and chairs for our gathering the day following the wedding. The home has a large front porch that we enjoyed every morning during our stay. Very convenient location, close to everything we needed including grocery, town, and restaurants. We were allowed to bring our 2 small dogs as well, which was a big help for our family. Would highly recommend.

This house was a great place for us to come back to after long and busy days in the heart of the city. Only about 15-20 minutes from downtown it was easy to grab a ride down and then coming back to relax in the peaceful outdoors was perfect. Definitely recommend for families or groups of friends.

I rented this property for a surprise 50th birthday party for my husband. His family traveled in from Texas and Wisconsin, having never visited Nashville. This home was perfect for a true Nashville immersive experience! There was plenty of room for 12 of us for a long weekend, plus a few party guests one night. The grounds were wonderful, and it made us feel like we were in the country, yet we were very close to everything we wanted to experience. The host was very responsive to all questions. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The Walnut Grove home was everything it was pictured and advertised to be plus some we enjoyed the amenities outside i.e. the hot tub the patio and the fire pit It had more than enough space for our crew we were all quite comfortable the kitchen had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again

We traveled with a group of ladies spanning from the ages of 30-80. Each of us loved this home in different ways. It had an abundance of rooms and beds to sleeping, 3 full bathrooms to help with everyone getting ready at the same time and a large kitchen to be able to cook dinners in at night after touring the town. I especially loved that in the evening we could enjoy the outdoors in either the hot tub or around a fire. To finish, Stacey was very responsive to messages. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 5 stayed for 4 nights. The house is BIG but feels welcoming and well maintained. Location is good if you want to be reasonably close to downtown but not downtown. Our kids loved the mini-pool table, the hot tub, big fire pit, and visiting the chicken pen in the backyard (don’t worry, little noise and zero smell). Bottom line is this is a big house for a very fair price, so any criticisms, like the fact it’s a hike from the kitchen to the grill, amount to nitpicking. We highly recommend this house.

Very neat house and well decorated. Location was ideal. Wish there would have been flexibility on check-in and checkout. Also, we were a little short on towels. Overall though, very happy with our stay!

3 huge king sized suites, one queen, one room with twin bunks and two twins. All very comfortable with memory foam mattresses. Pictures do not do it justice. Huge yard that children loved playing in. Lots of extra touches to make everything a bit ‘more’.

Zoo, Opry Mills and downtown. Publix a couple miles down the road.
Hot tub was a plus!

Perfect location close to airport. We were three families with teens. We were able to host a dinner for additional guests with approval and plenty of room. My favorite were the comfortable beds!!

We were so impressed with how clean the house was. Everything was as described. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the floors were clean, the kitchen is big and easy to move around. The backyard is nice with the hot tub that was nice and clean too. The washer and dryer worked great also. We asked ahead of time to have a Christmas tree as we were over Christmas Day. We had a beautiful tree, Holiday plates/mugs and even holiday bath towels. We had a bunch of snow and ice while we were there and the manager of the house came and salted the driveway and sidewalk for our safety. Also the location was close to the grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops. Thank You for having us.

We spent a month at the house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property managers were quick with their replies and helpful in every situation that we needed them. For our trip, we were working at the airport, so the proximity to BNA was incredible. And having the hot tub to relax in every night definitely helped. If I need to make one suggestion: bring layers and socks if it's cold out. The kitchen stays a good ten degrees cooler than the rest of the house. If we need another long term stay in Nashville, we will be looking at this property first.

The house was wonderful beautiful grounds. Went to Nashville to meet up with some friends had a great time our host Stacy was very helpful with any questions we had. Everything updated very comfortable lots of room. Definitely planning on going back next time with my family.

This property has EVERYTHING. It's location is perfect for a short Uber ride downtown Nashville. It's out far enough where you have some nice privacy too. This house is unmatched for its amenities, management communication, accommodations (beds are great!), Frankly our entire group had only positive comments. Loved the fresh eggs left for us to use from the nearby chicken coup. We will be back!! By the way, Stacey was awesome communicator and answered any question immediately. We just can't say enough good things about this property.

We saw the pictures. We read the description. Neither prepare you for this house! Every room is larger than it seems and it’s beautifully decorated. We used the fire pit every night and just loved it. It’s great for a large family get together.

Three of my colleagues and I stayed here for a conference at the Gaylord Opry Conference Center. It was a fast and easy ~10 minute drive to get there. It was also about ~20 minute drive to downtown/Broadway and Midtown. Coffee was provided which was amazing, and we loved winding down in the hot tub as well. There was more than enough room including bathrooms for the 4 of us. We even got visited by an adorable and friendly outdoor cat and there was a chicken coop that was super fun to watch. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The house was built in appears the 20s but it was updated and well furnished. It's I deal for 2 families with tons of room. The kids enjoyed the hot tub , fire pit, and game room. Thanks for a great weekend

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Walnut Grove! Stacey was very kind and prompt to any questions we had. The home and property is Beautiful might I add, and nicely supplied with all the basic needs and must haves to begin your stay in Nashville (including coffe)! 😊 Our stay was pleasant and quite and surrounded with lots of nature. My adult children enjoyed the game room more than I expected 😁 The jacuzzi and corn hole was a big hit as well! Access to downtown was a breeze left turn out of the drive and 15 minutes to Broadway. There are many great restaurants and coffee shops close by (Caliber Coffee Co ~YuM)! And Don't forget to visit East Nashville ♡ We will definitely return in hopes to stay at Walnut Grove again and again.
