This brand new charming 1-bedroom apartment is located just 140 mt from the promenade of Bugibba. This 55 sqm apartment is composed of 1 bedroom, one bathroom with shower, kitchen and dining area. It also has an extra sleeping area. This brand new and spacious 1 bedroom (+ extra sleeping area) apartment, is located just 150m from the promenade (seafront) of Bugibba, St Paul’s Bay. It is located in a brand new block of 1 and 2 bedroom self catering holiday apartments and penthouses (1 bedroom). Apartment specifications: The front balcony is 2. 2 sq m, back terrace is 2. 2 sq m , Apartment measures 55 sqm internally, Lift to all floors, just 3 steps at the ground floor, Shower room, double sofabed with chaise lounge and an extra sleeping area with 2 single movable beds (no doors, just a curtain). The apartment can accommodate up to 8 persons Facilities: Fast unlimited Wifi internet Well equipped kitchen including oven, toaster, Microwave, Percolator, 4 gas hobs, fridge freezer,etc. Hair Dryer, iron and iron board and Washing machine. Cots, highchairs and extra beds are available on request. The apartment has air-conditioning (cooling and heating A++/A+++) and fans are also provided in each room. Towels and bed sheets are provided. Baggage room - available at no cost *Utilities Consumption* - Please note that Water and Electricity consumptions are included in the price with a limit of 0.5 cubic meter of water per person per week and 100 KWh of electricity per apartment per week. The limits are usually more than sufficient for the stay. - Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does not include bills of water, and electricity. Guests will only pay for what they consume at the end of the month. - Internet WiFi is provided free of Charge. IPTV is also provided free of charge (with several different international channels).

I stayed for 1 week and the space this apartment has is amazing, 2 balconies were a bonus too. The hosts couldn't be more helpful and even allowed me to stay longer on my last day. The location is great too with just a short walk to the main square and easy access to shops. No complaints at all and would have no hesitation recommending to anyone :-)

First, you can not ask for better hosts. Ruth & Neville were friendly, patient, accessible - and provided a wealth of helpful tips & answers/information. They have streamlined their property management process, but go above and beyond, attentive both personally and with hard-working, polite staff (Leo!). It’s impossible not to enjoy your stay in their care. The ability to purchase tours through them was extremely convenient! This property was walkable to water (swim, boats), bus transportation, tours, pools, bars, various eateries, supermarkets, fruit stands! The interior of the apartment is new, spacious, clean, and well equipped (scissors, wine opener, kettle, etc.). The towels, linens, toilet paper, soaps were appreciated. The efficient air conditioning units run quick and cold. Wi-fi was good (not bad, not excellent). Only negatives were neighborhood itself (on-season, constantly having to navigate around garbage and off sidewalks to avoid the many construction sites and at night groups of men), cable tv - great selection of channels but freezes or goes out every 15 minutes (annoying when trying to watch a movie), and paper-thin walls so you can hear your neighbors sneeze (and more!). The beds were comfortable, however, and lift/elevator and private washing machine were great assets! Overall, few negatives and MANY positives!!! Would recommend - especially to families needing space close to it all.

Great apartment and excellent hosts!
What an excellent apartment and a great base to explore the island!
The apartment itself is pristinely clean, spacious and well equipped, excellent location.
The area is safe and friendly with a good selection of bars and restaurants and very close to the pick up points for boats, day trips etc. There are a lot of building works going on in the area (as with many areas of Malta at the moment) but this didn't affect our stay.
The booking process was very efficient and we had all the relevant information for transfer, checking in, and payment.
Thanks you very much for being excellent hosts, Neville gave us all the relevant information and more! He showed us all of our options for places to visit and places to avoid, how to get there, best times to go and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. This was more than useful and really made our stay all the more amazing.
Both hosts were on hand day and night for any assistance which put our minds at ease.
On the whole and excellent stay, great place, fantastic people and we thank you very much for having us!!

Nice apartment
About this apartment I can say only advantages. The location is so close to the square, shops, restaurants. The owner is really helpful and nice.
The apartment is clean, fresh towels and all fascilities.
I can recommend for sure to spend your time there :)

L' appartamento si trova in una posizione ideale, poiché è vicino sia a diverse fermate autobus, sia alla piazza principale di Bugibba; si trova quindi in una zona ideale.

Neville,Ruth and staff were really helpful and friendly.
On arrival our private taxi transfer we booked through Neville didn,t turn up. Contacted Neville and he dealt with it prompty. He arranged another taxi and didn't charge us, up graded us to the pent house apartment and gave us a bottle of wine all free of charge-couldn't have asked for anything more.
The apartment was lovely (as all the ones in seashells apartment block are). Great location and secure. However there is major biulding works going on next door as well as in most of the resort. We were woken around 6.30am every morning which we didn't appreciate at all and think we should have been informed before we booked (also surprised no mention of the major building work in the whole resort wasn't mention in any travel forums).
Lastly after paying for a private return taxi transfer to the airport we were disappointed that we were picked up in a mini bus and picked up another couple at the other end of the resort. No big deal really but a bit cheeky when we had paid extra for private taxi.
Despie the above for what we paid and standard of appartment and helpfulness of staff l would still recommend staying in seashells if you really want to go to Bugibba.

The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to respond to my special requests. The apartment was very clean, nicely furnished, and reasonably well equipped, although I missed a few things in the kitchen (e.g. a cutting board). I also missed air conditioning because it was extremely hot during my stay (though I generally try to avoid using air conditioning). The apartment is conveniently located (5 minutes walk to Bugibba Square, 3 minutes to waterfront, where one can go swimming in the sea), but the immediate neighbourhood is not very appealing. There was a lot of noise from the adjacent construction site during the day, and some noise from nearby restaurants at night. Overall, however, very good value if you can tolerate some noise and the somewhat run-down neighbourhood. I'd particularly recommend it for the customer service.

This was the first time we had been to Malta and it didn't let us down.

Really enjoyable stay in a lovely apartment .
This was the first time we had been to Malta and it didn't let us down.

a place to enjoy life in Malta
We can strongly recommend this apartment as everything was as described and even better. The owner is very friendly and helpful and the location is absolutely the best you can have in Buggiba. It is close to everything but quiet and shops and restaurants are just around the corner.
We especially liked the washing machine as we have never experienced this device on a balcony before. Everybody is very helpful and we will definitely come back.

very pleasant stay in lovely apartment.
Apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay there. And only two minutes walk to the sea. Bugibba is a lovely place with easy access to the buses and ferries. Good friendly bars, restaurants and shops close by.

The are very helpful. They have many interesting offers of Malta's attractions . Apartment consistent with the description and with photos.
Also great location. More over very good connections to various parts of Malta. I would definitely recommend , especially for families with children. Surely we will come back some day :)

Excellent all round
Property is exactly as advertised, but with some unexpected extras. We arrived around half past midnight to be met by Ruth, and were delighted with the "provision pack" she had in place to get our holiday started - tea, milk, bread, butter, ham and cheese. This was wonderful as we could have a proper breakfast before exploring the neighbourhood. Booking is simple and straightforward, and support while there is available through one phonecall. We would recommend this apartment to anybody. Well done Neville and Ruth.

The apartment was great it was clean and tidy and had all the stuff we needed. The owner said to call anytime if we needed anything and they showed us how everything worked when we arrived. Would recommend to anyone that wanted a central location and a modern apartment

Just what we wanted!
A well laid out apartment in a quiet street, but close to the lively seafront and routes to further afield. It was exactly as described on the website and shown in the photos. Excellent communications with the owner and their full support was available while we were there. Just what we wanted and we would recommend this apartment to those seeking good self-catering accommodation, nearby restaurants/bars and easy travel to the rest of the island.

Great Flat, Great Location, Great Service
My stay at the Seashells apartments was very pleasant. The flat is very modern and neat. It is located super close to the ocean and promenade for a nice walk or a deccent run. All important stores, restaurants, pharmacy etc are reachable within max. 5 min walking. The bus connection in Bugibba is great too. You are able to explore the island without any hurdles.
I have also made very good experience witht the landlord who assisted me with every question I had.
This flat is the perfect place to stay at with some friends, alone or as a young family.

Nice spacious modern flat in the center of Bugibba
The flat was nice modern and big..It had all I needed..Neville is quick in his replies and the person who greeted me at my arrival very friendly..Interior nicely decorated ,tv ,wifi hair drier and so on all available.Only minus would be that the cleaners did not do a very good job.Had to clean a bit also especially the kitchen. For the rest perfect place..

Lovely Bright Apartment
This apartment was just what we needed - quiet and full of light!! We had a very relaxing stay away from it all...And, yet, we were 2 mins walk from the hustle and bustle of Bugibba seafront which we really enjoyed. Thanks to Neville and Ruth for being so hospitable, welcoming us into the apartment and giving us some great ideas in order to make the most of our trip - very friendly and professional hosts! We would love to return to Malta next year and will be in touch! Se you soon :))

Fantastic*****
After such cold weather back home we decided to escape to Malta and chase the sun. The holiday rep met us on our arrival and was very welcoming and helpful in getting our holiday off to a good start. The apartment was clean, fully equipped and in a quiet residential area just off the seafront so we were walking distance from the shops, restaurants and main bus route. Huge thanks to the owners for making our wee escape just the perfect getaway!!

the apartment is totally brend new and very well furnished with all necessary comforts. it's very wide and bright. It has two balconies with takebreathing views of the sea. It's near the centre of Bugibba and near all the bus stops. It is situated in a quiet residential area but a few minutes of all restaurants,bars and pubs. It's a wondeful compromise to quality/price.
