Property was very clean, Sauna was a bonus. Excellent communication from the owner with really helpful labels round the house

We came with teenagers and they loved the basement area to chill out in during the evenings. We also liked that the property had shutters on all the windows meaning we weren’t woken too early in the morning with light. The area is lovely and we were close enough to the beach on our overnight stay that we were able to visit twice. We found Mike very helpful and quick to reply when we had a small issue with leaving something behind.

Great location, vey comfy and clean. Kitchen well stocked with utensils.

No onsite parking, but parking was close by but had to be moved after road time signage. Would like to return with family but all the bedrooms have double beds and would prefer 2 x single beds for 2 children

Great central town location, clean and good facilities for a relaxing group stay. Quick clear responses from owner in advance of stay.

No washing machine and so no opportunity to freshen towels/running kit. This was the only issue and is more important for stays over a few days.

Perfect location for beach, local restaurants and local nature reserves. Home was warm comfy and clean. Basement cinema and sauna was an added bonus. Some previous review stated damp smell in basement (which to be honest with basements I may expect a slight damp smell) but not the case. Love the decoration in bedrooms Will definitely revisit with family

We had a great time staying here with our grown up children.Mike has thought of everything,even a popcorn machine for your cinema night!! Sauna was lovely. Nice touch with the board games and local history books. Comfortable,clean,everything we could have wanted and more! The property is in the perfect place to explore Seaford town and the seaside.A great place to walk and get some much needed sea air!

it was clean, cozy, and welcoming. Eeryone in the family enjoyed their stay.

The house was lovely, modern and very clean. We loved the sauna. Location was very central.

The sauna and cinema were in the basement and as there was an obviously damp problem there, the smell was overwhelming, we couldn't really use the cinema. We didn't smell the damp when we were in the sauna so that was fine. The TV needs to be brought up to the living room as its impossible to enjoy a movie with the damp/mould odour.

Really lovely house, great use of the space and very special with the cinema room which the kids loved.

The leather sofa is uncomfortable. Would have liked a king size bed.
