Situated in Huntington Beach, this charming house for £503 per night is a great choice for your next break. The location can't be beat! This beautiful beach house is just a short distance to the beach, downtown Huntington (tons of shopping, people watching, bars and restaurants), Pacific City (shopping, bars and restaurants), Pasea Hotel and Waterfront Hilton Resort where you can get a day pass at the pool or drop in for a massage or sit down to a nice meal, the Surf Museum and more! Less than 5 minutes from the house, you can be at one of the most famous beaches in Southern California! The house is everything you dream of for a beach vacation! A sprawling 2370 square feet, not your usual tiny beach rental. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out (formal living / game room), dining room, family room with huge TV and adjoining kitchen with everything you need to cook big meals after a fun day at the beach. Double washers/dryers in the house, arcade game for the kids and more. This house has the best air conditioning! Almost every room has ceiling fans and black out shades on the bedroom windows. There are multiple fireplaces, the list goes on and on! The big back patio has a grill and large dining table. There is an outdoor shower. In addition there is a patio at the front of the house with table and chairs. Someplace for everyone! Parking for up to 3 cars! There is a 2 car garage with room to park behind for your bigger car. There are so many amenities provided with this house! Don't bother dragging all of your beach gear. We want to make it easy for you, we provide just about everything you need! Beach cruisers, beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, cooler, wagon, foam surf boards, boogie boards and more. Filtered watered in the refrigerator and at the kitchen sink is so convenient. The master bedroom feels like a spa retreat with separate tub and shower, closed in water closet, his and her sinks, fireplace, huge walk in closet and beautiful balcony! There is plenty of space in this room to put a pack n play or if one of your kids decides to join you for the night. The upstairs 4th bedroom is so light and bright and airy and is so private being on the top floor. The best part is the attached sun deck! Feel the ocean breeze from your private oasis! Huntington Beach has so much to offer, take the bikes to the beach and ride the bike path to lunch, spend the day surfing and catching some rays, head to one of the world class local hotels for a massage and pool day or spend the day in downtown Huntington shopping and eating at some of our amazing restaurants. Disneyland is only a 25 minute drive or head to Irvine for a day at the Wild Rivers water park. Laguna Beach is only a short drive and has some amazing shopping and restaurants and beautiful beaches. Legoland in San Diego is a little over an hour drive but worth it if you have littles. The options are endless!

Clean, stocked, brand new…… and very close walking distance to Main St., the pier and Pacific City Mall. Walked it multiple times a day with two small children. They let us check in several hours early and were very responsive with a few questions we had upon arrival. It had everything you need for small children including a video game which kept everyone entertained. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner for our family and didn't need anything as it was all there. Would recommend this spacious, beautiful home and will definitely book it in the future!

We stayed with our 3 and 5 year old daughters and my parents. The house was absolutely perfect for us. Close walk to the beach, even better on bike. So many great toys and sand toys. We loved it!

Our family and I really enjoyed this beautiful house. It had everything that we needed and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and other hotels. Everything was kept very clean and the property manager was responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this place to other friends and family.

The property is great! Super clean and kitchen is fully stocked. Lots of great space for one or two families. The kids loved the pac man game as well! Also has board games which were fun. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Excellence communication with the property manager as well.

This house is absolutely beautiful! Exactly as pictured! Very well stocked kitchen. Excellent location as well. Nice walk to the beach and downtown. Only 2 things needed. There was no kleenex available and the outdoor grill was not in good working order. Only part of one side of the grill was working and we were unable to cook meals. Other than these 2 things this was an absolutely perfect house and we wish we could have stayed longer!

House was beautiful and well put together. We were close to everything. Property Manager responded quickly when we had a question and was very helpful. Only thing we had an issue with was the tall threshold we had to walk over to get into the room on the third floor. We hit our foot on it several times.

In 20 years of renting homes in Huntington Beach, this was the best thought out & cleanest house ever. Walking distance to Main St., the beach & Pacific City. And to top it off, the arcade game was a huge hit.

This beach house was so great for me and my family of 6! We rode the bikes to the beach every day, walked to Main Street for dinner, shopped at Pacific City and we even took the kids to the Reptile Zoo. This was the best family trip we have ever had and we all agreed it was because the house was so comfortable and everyone had their own space. The air conditioning was such a relief during this heat wave (most beach houses don't have it). We used everything in the kitchen cooking for the family when not going out. Everything is new so it felt like we just bought a brand new house and got to be the first people to use it all. The kids had so much fun with the host provided board games and they even have an arcade game! This host has thought of everything from sand toys for the kids, an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, keypads on all the doors so you don't need to carry keys with you, a Ninja coffee maker that allows pods or grounds, filtered water in the kitchen, the list goes on and on! We will be coming back!
