Off the living room you will find a laundry closet with new full-sized stacked washer and dryer. The first floor of the villa has two en-suite bedrooms. A primary bedroom with King bed, new 34" TV, double closets and private deck with new bistro table and chairs make it the perfect spot to enjoy that morning cup of coffee while enjoying the view of the lagoon and golf course. The private bath features a large tiled walk-in shower and granite topped vanity. You will also find a spacious second bedroom on the main floor. This room has a Queen bed, TV for streaming, double closets and a private bath with tub/shower combo. Head up one flight of stairs to the loft. Two twin beds, a half bath, and private sun deck with new chaise lounge chairs round out this space. A cozy nook is included for reading, games and puzzles. Please note the loft is open to the living area below. The villa is nestled on the lagoon and makes a tranquil resting spot to watch the bird wildlife. The outdoor space includes a covered car port with one additional parking spot, a shower to wash off the beach sand and a propane gas grill. The storage pedestal houses new beach chairs, lawn and beach games, a beach wagon and crabbing pots. Nearby Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Market offers boat rides and rentals, a fabulous day spa and a variety of quaint shops. And, don't forget the charm of historic Charleston, with its rich history, open air market and a variety of sightseeing venues. This tropical island retreat truly has something for everyone! *Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply. THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL (legally 2 bedroom + loft) Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive. Amenity cards to the Seabrook Island Club are available for purchase. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. You do not need the cards for horseback riding. Passes to the Lake House facilities: indoor/outdoor pools, fitness center, may be purchased for $15/day/person or $40/person for 3 days. No fee for outdoor pool usage. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
