The price!!! The caravan was really very clean. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach front where you can literally walk up and down for miles. The park location is close to Rhyl and very close to Prestatyn centre with Tesco close by. James is a fab host, quick to communicate and very helpful. We had a lovely 2 bottles of wine and chocolates welcome, very thoughtful. The photos are true to the advert in fact there's a gorgeous wooden dining table and chairs now. So I've only taken one outside photo to show the furniture, which by the way is very comfy. Looking forward to coming back when we can 😀

I can't say we didn't actually dislike anything. The sofa is a little uncomfortable and in need of an update but lovely quality throws were available. To be fair, for the price you would expect more than just the sofa to be a little dated. The WiFi for Netflix etc isn't great but didn't bother us. Our phones worked fine. The caravan can be hard to find but listen to the sat nav. You literally have to drive over the grass and between two other peoples caravans. But. If their car is parked in the way you need to follow the road round and turn in at van 208 and 235 is at the end of the road, you will see it. James gives good instructions but for 2 older ladies it didn't sink in at first. But honestly, once you know it's dead easy 😀

Area was hard to navigate and couldnt find our caravan for about 20 minutes had to ask security as there was no staff around but we did check in late

A caravan in November

The caravan was well equipped, had WiFi and a good tv. It was comfortable. Good location and a good base to explore North Wales. Would recommend in the summer months.

The heating in the bedrooms was not adequate for time of year.

Wonderful stay

The property was amazing, spacious comfy and clean. Whilst there our family had an unwell baby who had to go to hospital late at night, they didn’t get back till early hours of the morning so had not had any sleep and were soon due to check out. They contacted the host James who very kindly allowed them to extend the check out time to allow them to get some sleep before travelling home by train with a baby. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for his kindness and support and would strongly recommend this property for the above reasons. Thank you so much James.

Amazing!!!

Caravan is amazing! Clean, has everything you need even down to salt!!! Im shocked at how good this really is for the price!!! Wifi great bonus when you have children! Great communication with the owner, early check-in was made available which was a massive help!! Site is lovely too, clean and quiet.

The Caravan is spotless and in a good location with the beech very close one side and the town centre on the other, plenty of bars and places to eat. There is also a massive open field that the dog loved. James, the host makes you feel very welcome. Would highly recommend 👌
