The only good thing about this condo is that it is on the beach. There was sand in one of the beds, some of the pillows are so disgusting, they need to be replaced. There was trash under the couch and dust bunnies under the rest of the furniture. The kitchen is poorly stocked with not one knife that cuts, no scissors even though a pair is in one of the pictures and no Keurig, which is also in a picture. There were no potholders either. The whole place needs major updating from the popcorn ceiling to the old bathrooms. The little updating that was done in the kitchen was done poorly. The floors were filthy and the kids feet were always black. Some of the furniture is beat up and a lot of the furniture is just wood furniture painted white. The dining room chairs are very poorly reupholstered. The bunkbed is very rickety. There is only one hand towel per bathroom. There is a tattoo place and an old bar across the street. The back bedrooms can hear all of the street noises (music, motorcycle, etc.). The indoor pool was not warm enough, not the room that it's in. The parking deck is across the street, which is not very convenient. And if you are sensitive to mold at all, STAY AWAY.

Very clean and spacious! Great view. If anything to “complain” about was the pool was sooo cold. Kinda too cold lol! But it was a great trip!

Loved the location, and the place was huge.. only thing i would add is some new pots and pans and bigger towels for bathroom...

We were booked here but received an email the day before that our reservation had been canceled, no explanation. The property manager/host hardly cared about the inconvenience and stress this added to our vacation. They did offer an alternative for but for a much smaller unit on a high floor in a unit miles away from our original reservation.
VRBO was very helpful and worked with us to get it al worked out.

We had 8 family members stay at Majestic Tower 1 for a week. The unit was a perfect size and very comfy for all of us! I will say the bedroom with the 2 beds stayed very very cold. The ice maker did not drop any ice out the entire stay but all other appliances worked great! The view of the beach was fantastic and having the market, cafe and Starbucks there was amazing as well!! The wait for the elevators could sometimes be long and having the parking garage across the street made it a longer walk but all in all this is a great property and our family would definitely stay here again!

Condo was great! Plenty of room and very clean. The only problem we found it needs new cookware. But overall it was great and would definitely stay again!

This condo was very large, there was 9 of us and was not on top of each other. We enjoyed staying there and hope to stay there again. Note does need new pots and pans and more of them, still a great room. We love all the pools never felt crowded in any of them, very much enjoyed our stay.

The overall stay was great. Our only issue was the dishes and silverware was dirty. Leaving the bracelet confused us. Surely those aren’t used for the next renters.

My family and I loved our stay in pcb... Our room was amazing. It was clean and had the most wonderful view.. We will definitely stay here again!!

This was an overall nice stay, however we found mold in multiple places, multiple pieces of furniture were broken, and there were things left in the washer upon on our arrival. The balcony is great and can't beat the location of the condo.

Majestic Resort is a nice property. We arrived to a clean ready to go condo. These are over 20 years old and there is some apparent aging. Ease in getting to beach makes this unit attractive as the elevator is one unit away. The beach service with Junior, Sabian, Keith and Trevor made our sand time special!! Customer service plus. The deck restaurant and shop staff delivered their incredible goods and services above and beyond. Second year here and can see more in the future!!

I would not recommend staying here. The condo bunk beds are unsafe, kitchen stools are wobbly, there are stains al over the furniture and customer service is non-existent. We tried for 5 days to have someone come fix the bunk beds and broken toilet and no one ever showed up or contacted us.

Condo is right in the middle of everything you would want or need while in PCB beaches are beautiful and clean! Condo has a wonderful ocean front view! I do want to admit that check in for us was a bit rough. I do respect the times listed but after driving 12+ hours to get there and not being able to check in until 4:30 when check in was 4 was frustrating. I know it seems little but means we walked into a soaking wet mopped floor which don’t get me wrong I do appreciate it being clean. while checking out the condo upon arrival I was slightly disappointed in a few things but they were minimal. The double bed bed room with attached bath had a broken headboard on one of the bed. So I just removed piece for our stay to not create a problem during our stay. The fridge had a broken/missing shelf in the fridge a broken condiment shelf in the door and the ice maker would not dispense. The dining room chairs were all loose and had issues but we tightened them all up and couches were all stained up. Master bath had water damage on the baseboards around the bath that was a surprise and concern. But to be honest for the price the view and the over all facility or building I can’t complain.

Resort was very nice and clean!But room was something waaayy different. Nasty, dirty, and nothing worked properly. Emailed to try to get things fixed because we would be there all week and no one ever responded. Sofas are all filthy, stained we didn’t even sit on them because they were so nasty. Broken dining room table chairs. A/C broken. Just very disappointed at this. As we go to vacation to relax and enjoy but the room was just very disappointing.
