Location at the city center

1. Check in process took 45 minutes 2. The only swimming pool closes at 6.30pm 3. Only 3 restaurants, 1 of which is a bar, the other is a canteen, and the last one was fully occupied during low season 4. Local beach is a muddy 30 meter shoreline with unclean water

Разнообразие бассейнов, спортзал, вежливый персонал, чисто аккуратно, вкусная кухня

Шумоизоляция ужасная, в номере постоянно слышно как кто то идет по коридору, визги детей после 11 часов вечера, тихим этот отель явно не назовешь, до 5 звезд явно не дотягивает, детская площадка скучна и примитивна, 1 горку скопировали 4 раза вместо того чтобы закупить 4 разных, детская комната тоже уныла хотя площадь позволяет сделать что то интересное, вместо игр, дети тупо смотрят мультики в ней на большом телевизоре🥲

We spent nice holiday

Crowds in the restaurant, no access to one of the restaurants during Ramadan (evening), sunbeds occupied with towels during the day, but no people. 95% of guests were from the former CIS countries, and it was sad to see very often not the best manners: attitude to the staff, occupied sunbeds with towels, and food left on plates in restaurants.

Poor guest care, especially if travelling with children; absolutely not recommended

Location is very good Installations are generally good, however restaurants could offer a great. variety of options, especially during lunch time

Service of front desk and guset relations staff is extremely poor. They give us the room 1h later than check in time (even though we were in the hotel from 2h before); but once the room was given, there was a baby crib missing (which was confirmed during booking). I had to complain up to 4 times during 4 hours to actually see that hey could not care less... I finally had to find myself someone from the house keeping department who finally gave us the crib 5 hours after check in time. Once the claim was directed to the front desk manager, they called the room the second day and offered complimentary dinner throughout the stay, which seemed like a good compromise given the poor service and guest care they showed during our first day. However, this could not be further from the reality, when check out time came, they started to claim money back from the first night dinner, even harassing us to call the police and not allow us to leave the hotel. I would sincerely not recommend to stay at this hotel if you want to be in a place where you feel welcomed, respected and properly treated with empathy, especially if you travel with children

Lovely ambience, polite and helpful staff, nice tasting and fresh food, huge bathroom with a tub that can fit someone tall, a shower aswell for those who prefer a shower, well equipped gym with a cross fit class and other classes including pilates, yoga and aqua classes, an overall amazing place.

No complaint at all. Everything was perfect!!!

Luxury Hotel, best for a weekend getaway, not for a holiday.

Nice and clean Hotel.

Came at 11pm with 2 small kids, yet receptionist let us wait for 15mins, as she was chatting with their russian friends. The breakfast and dinner is overcrowded, as there is no schedule nor system, if you come a bit late you end up eating outside the dining area. The sunbed "reservation" is another story, some "guests" take towels to get best seats at 7am, then return 5hrs later, just to stay there for 2hrs. Hotel should manage it better.

夕食と朝食がつくハーフボードでしたが、食事はとても美味しかったです。種類も多すぎて困ったほどです。レストラン内のスタッフの方は、すぐに何か必要かと声をかけてきて感じが良かったです。プールは複数あり、１月でも水が適度に温かくなっていて快適でした。

booking.comで示された料金とホテルから直接請求された金額が大きく異なり、その件で事前にメールをしても返事が来ず、結局現地のフロントでのやりとりでかなり時間を取られストレスでした。せっかくゆっくり過ごしたかったのに、こういうことがあると本当にがっかりします。（最終的にはbooking.comの料金が正しい、ということになりました。）

Overall, good hotel and pleased to stay in.

Everything was great, i liked the hotel, the beach , the room and huge hall and facilities, recommended to family with kids.

The only thing which disappointed us, bar/restaurant prices were very very high, so we had to visit other places for dinner/supper.

cheap, could be a very nice hotel, pool bar ;-)

we booked as a family of 4 which we did know was only one room and did know there was a charge for extra beds however what we didn't know was that they would only provide one extra bed meaning that one child had to sleep with the adults. in some family cases im sure this works ok however if the children are older, step children etc etc then this just isnt an ok situation. we were told that the only alternative was to upgrade to a suit (doubling the price) but in reality all we needed was one additional bed which could have gone in the room very easily

Quando arrivi già capisci che sei in un Hotel di altissimo livello. Gli ascensori con vista Mare sono Top. Nella mezza pensione sono compresi anche le bevande (non alcoliche) cosa che in europa fanno pagare extra

Stanza grande con ottima vista, ma se siamo in 4 (2 adulti e 2 bambini) un solo letto non può bastare, abbiamo reclamato subito e ci hanno portato un letto supplementare. Qualche attenzione in più ci vuole. Per fare veloce, sia nel ristorante che in camera la pulizia del tavolo non era impeccabile Il KidsClub e troppo povero per un albergo di questa categoria

Boravak nam je bio izvrstan,oduševljeni smo sa kompletnom uslugom,i svakome preporučujemo ovaj hotel!

Sve nam se dopalo!Hrana je bila izvrsna,hotelska soba je uvek čista,uredna i svaki dan se menjala posteljina.Ceo hotel je bio čist i nov.Osoblje hotela je bilo izuzetno ljubazno.Za svaku pohvalu je hotel,preporuka svakom da odsedne u ovom Rixosu.

Perfect place to enjoy with your family and kids

Everything, but more precisely: 1. Rixy Kids Club - if you have young children, this will be a blessing from the sky. This is by far the most amazing kids club we have ever seen in the 5* across the world. The club is so amazing that you can leave your kids and do stuff with your spouse without having to worry. The amount of activities and evening shows makes it a kids heaven. Thank you Gloria for the superb organization of your team and activities! 2. Services are fantastic: from waiters at the pool to restaurant personnel, to front desk and lobby lounge — all perfect. 3. Rooms and views are breath taking and spotless. 4. For my wife, surprise complimentary cake was sent to the room without being requested. AMAZING!!! 5. Breakfast has a lot of options, all very delicious. 6. Spa and spa personnel is fantastic. 7. Evening entertainment is great with different bands playing every evening. 8. Yoga and other activities

I felt like royalty.

First of all, design of the place itself is exceptional. I had amazing room, full of light with really beautiful city view, exactly what I wanted. Room was very spacious, clean, beautiful, with big bathroom. I would also like to give a special thanks to entire stuff, they really know how to do the job perfectly and they were really all super pleasant and hospitable(starting from the reception-Ms Ayan who was very friendly and positive, who checked me in and got a really beautiful room for me, and the rest of the stuff in every area of the place).

Maybe some extra charges when it comes to the meal packages itself. Other than that, everything was exceptional.

Not worth to go back for us.

Very nice hotel building and room arrangement. Good quality breakfast.

Hundreds of noisy children ! A lot of people around all pools and see bank. Sometimes was too hard to find any sunbed.

Проверить персонал в ресторане на компетентность. Потому что это портит впечатление об отеле

Прекрасный новый отель, чисто, вкусно пахнет в лобби, красиво украшен, хорошая территория, фантастические завтраки.

Персонал на завтраке и ужине. Крайне некомпетентные и медлительные, ничего не знают, кофе приносят холодным. Тарелки горой складывали, они проходили мимо, пока не ткнешь пальцем, что пора бы уже убрать.

Wunderschönes, tolles Hotel, aber zu laut und die Gäste …..

Wunderschönes beeindruckendes Gebäude, alles vom Feinsten, sehr reichhaltiges Buffett, es wird auf jeden Wunsch vom Personal eingegangen!! Im Zimmer am Pool und Strand, kostenloses Wasser. Das Personal ist immer bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen, sehr nett und höflich!

Leider gibt es nach der kurzen Zeit, schon die ersten Anzeichen, dass das Hotel schon viele Gäste hatte. Lautstärkeregler im Bad funktioniert nicht, von der Wasserarmatur war der Hebel nicht fest, in den Pools fallen schon einzelne Mosaik ab. Was mich entsetzt hat, in einem 5 Sternehotel, ist die Minibar abgeschlossen! Warum?? Wird entsperrt, wenn man reklamiert!?!?!? Fast nur russische, ukrainische und Gäste aus Kasachstan. Sehr sehr laut beim Frühstück und Abendessen. Schwierig einen Tisch zu bekommen, wenn man nicht gleich nach dem Öffnen im Speisesaal war.

Great stay

We like the welcoming and and quick check in check out at the reception. The foods were hygienic and quality. When we needed we got response which is most important for service quality. So we book another Rixos in Dubai for service. Thank for everything.

Loud loud music at the swimming pool from 11:00 am to 11pm which we could still hear on the 18th floor with closed windows. Not sure what atmosphere you were trying to create, but it really did not work.

En: cleaning and staff in general is fine. Bartenders and waiters near the swimming pools are very nice. Lots of kids so my son found new friends. The band from South Africa is super nice. Ru: чистота и сотрудники в целом. Бармены и официанты на роликах около бассейна - самые классные. Много семей с детьми, сын нашел кучу новых друзей. Музыканты и певицы из ЮАР - бомба, остальные так себе

EN: food is actually same every day for all inclusive. People's restaurant have very weak menu. no other a-la-carte restaurants. There are grill/seafood stations in the evening for those who come to Turquoise (main restaurant) but even in case the dinner is from 18:30 to 22:00 you can't find the food in those stations after 20:30 and Turkish chefs there kidding very rude that "all finish go inside to have regular food" No congratulations or any attention for my birthday. Usually in a normal hotels you receive something special from staff. I'm talking about that not because I was waiting for something free, just usually it's always nice surprise. But not here. RU: еда очень однообразная, в "ресторане" People's ужасно маленькое меню. Других a-la-carte рестиков нет. По системе all inclusive в ресторане Turquoise на улице практически каждый вечер гриль мяса или морепродуктов. Но даже с учётом того, что ужин с 18:30 до 22:00, после 20:30 еды у гриль-мастеров нет, довольно ехидно говорят "все кончилось, сорян, идите в ресторане обычную еду берите". Обычно в отелях видят, что у гостей день рождения, проявляют какие-то знаки уважения и внимания, но не тут ) Не то, чтобы я ехал в гостиницу ожидать каких-то бесплатных подарков, но внимание всегда приятно. Но не тут)

It was a good stay and we hope to be back.

Had a good variety and good location. Waiters are very friendly and helpful.

The chefs during breakfast are very moody and unfriendly. The egg station is way too busy and needs more chefs or an extended station.
