It was clean
Very dangerous area with a lot of illegal activities going on in the street, incl drug dealings and was nearly hi-jacked
Although booked a week in advanced, the property was not aware of the booking and the rooms selected was not available.

The host Pokello was the best. Very friendly and welcoming. She made the stay to feel more like it was home away from home. Sheets are clean bathrooms and rooms are spotless. Bed was very big and comfortable.

Very clean and the bed is so comfortable and everything was in a good working condition and the lady that was assisting me super friendly and helpful

Overall the room was clean and expectations were met. It is conveniently located close to Pretoria CBD and surrounds. Secure internal parking put my mind at ease. Well suited for a one or two night stay.
There was not much nearby in terms of restaurants or nightlife. The surrounding neighbourhood did feel a bit unsafe at times, although once inside the gate our worries disappeared. Bottled water in the fridge would have been a nice touch.

The bed was comfortable.
Linen was clean and warm,it's white linen 🤓and I like the fact that there was hot water 💦
Linen was clean but not ironed .the sink in the bathroom is dirt,I don't think they clean it with detergent.there was no toilet paper and milk,i had to ask for these items.
The socket connecting to the TV is visibly dust

Reasonable price. Cleanliness.
Lack of basics, e.g, toilet paper, plates. Privacy -the curtains are very transparent, the person outside can see clearly what's inside when the lights are on.

I liked the environment it was conducive, the place is quiet and safe, the treatment was on another level the staff was very friendly Pokello, Promise and others were so welcomimg, clean and had everything you could ask for.

The facility was good.
It's a bit struggle go contact Reception. Sometimes they are not present. The number on the board at the facility takes you straight to voicemail. And the bathroom is small.
