not sure if I'll stay here again unless the furniture and shower heads are improved

loved the location as I love staying in Sea Point. Breakfast an improvement on my last stay as there was more choice as I am vegan. the staff are always very willing to help and so polite. Always service with a smile

Room furniture is dated. Shower head is poor and water provided for washing/showering was not always hot with the speed of water very slow. The sofas were well worn I couldn't sit on them, without covering with a sheet. Housekeeping was not always on point I had to ring several times to ask for reminders of stock

Our stay exceeded our expectations.

Breakfast was excellent, delicious food. Room was exceptional, the sea view was 100%. Location was excellent, near the sea, the views were wow.

There is nothing we didn't like about the place.

Je ne reviendrai plus dans cet hôtel et je ne le conseil vraiment pas

Hôtel bruyant, la lenteur du service, il faut compter 1 heure avant d être servi en restauration ou en chambre. Nous avons payé 1100 euros pour 3 nuits dans ce 4 étoiles Avec la porte de la cabine de douche cassée, la climatisation faisait un gros bruit, on entendait le bruit de l extérieur de la chambre ( les portes qui claquent) Pas de flexible de douche. Les réceptionnistes pas souriantes et hautaines Nous avons demandé à changer de chambres, la même catégorie nous a été attribuée sur le même pallier, donc avec les mêmes problèmes, Je ne conseil vraiment pas cet hôtel

It was ok.

Like the view of the upgraded room, had both the mountain and the seaview. The staff was friendly, specifically the gentleman who confirmed our booking. Loved the breakfast and the staff always availble to assist. Lovely location and a walking distance to the beach.

Check-In was a distater, took over an hour and had to go through four consultants to get assistance. The room I had initially booked and paid for was a "Mountain View". When I checked in, I was given a room with a view of block of brown flats with no view of the mountain as mentioned on my booking. I didn't like the fact that I was charged R120.00 for parking, it was absurd in my opinion. My husband and I are frequent travelers around SA especially and not even once had the hotels charged us for parking. The hotel has great potential but it is the little things that take out the beauty out of the establishment. Also, please deep clean the chairs, they had marks. I did not get the presidential feel but will to visit again with the hopes of getting better customer experince.

Есть бассейн. Дружелюбный персонал, особенно чувак на шлагбауме 😄

Сначала заселили в каморку, мы были в шоке когда вошли в номер, потом нам его поменяли. Спасибо Детская площадка не работала, только в последний день нашего пребывания. В номере очень плохо прибирали, будто только застилали пастель и все. На завтрак очередь. 240 долларов за ночь конечно дороговато. В целом все равно впечатление приятное, потому что Кейптаун это что то невероятное!!!!

Not what we expected the pictures online oversold the place

Seating area for breakfast too crammed.

Noise level was too high. Would have appreciated a normal queen bed not 2 single beds joined together

Friendly and helpful staff. A wide variety at the breakfast buffet. Fantastic atmosphere throughout the hotel.Great views.

The water temperature in shower could be a bit warmer considering the cold weather

Fantastic Hotel. Definitely one of the best options for staying in Cape Town. The location is way superior than the waterfront. Staff are exceptionally friendly and hardworking. The focus on top level service is clearly obvious

Good value for the money.

Location was great and breakfast was very good! Also the bar/restaurant was great value.

Had problems getting hot water in the shower and sometimes there was no car parking spaces.

It was a wonderful stay with amazing staff and people.

Loved the location and the comfortable proportions of the different areas as well as the rooms. The kids play area outside was amazing!

Our stay was superb at President Hotel & Cape Town was superb.

We had a wonderful breakfast especially their Omelette.

1)The aircon is old type & hard to control. 2) They should indicate the view of the room at Booking....we thought we'll have a view of the Sea but dololo.

Breakfast is as lovely with a huge selection to please everyone . We had dinner in the botany cafe one night …. Dismal.

The pool area is way to cramped .. so busy all the time. Literally so close to the next bed .. I think hotel is selling day passes which isn’t great for it’s own guests ..
