Ci torno sempre volentieri perché la struttura è accogliente e posizione strategica
L’unica cosa che mi piace poco negli alberghi italiani sono queste macchinette che fanno caffè e cappuccini. Secondo me in Italia, che siamo maestri in questo, dobbiamo fare tutto artigianalmente.

Location was perfect and front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was good.
As a single traveller I was given a room with 3 beds in a row.It felt more like staying in a dorm at a youth hostel.Furniture in the room was outdated and the bed was narrow and uncomfortable.Bathroom could also do with an update and a good cleaning.
Due to a late arrival on the first night I had dinner at their restaurant.I wish I hadn't. I didn't think you could have a bad meal in Italy but they certainly proved me wrong.The next 2 nights I went around the corner to a very nice restaurant which was full every night.

Very good hotel in the heart of Palermo (Airport Bus nearby !). Good sound insulation and airco. Very good breakfast, even a computer/printer service.

Bed and Bed Curtains Very old bathroom had Mold in tub and surrounding. shower window curtain was disgusting and needs to be changed to blinds. smell in room was nasty . thermostat did not work as well. breakfast was the only nice thing besides the help they were all pleasantly friendly . one night and out we were. also street parking on your own.

Rather old room, The hotel does not deserve 4 stars. Very poor breakfast. Staff more interested in cleaning tables than filling up food shortages. The price far exceeds the quality of the hotel

the location was great to go to the center for shopping.
the air conditioning in the room was horrible. extremely loud. could barely sleep at night unless we turned it off which then made the room too hot to sleep
