The room was spacious, comfortable and with a nice view. There was everything necessary in the utilities. The hotel is well situated next to the harbour and close to the beach. Breakfast and restaurant are very nice.
There was loud air conditioning starting regularly in the rooms, even during the night. The bed in the living room was a bit thin.

Comfortable bed and room size
Safe didn’t work and was not repaired for the whole stay, after several days offered the chance to use the central safe but only after they had time to inventory their contents. Certainly not 5* service. staff mainly pleasant but young and lacking experience. no drinks available by the pool until 12.30 when lunch started.

We had a two bedroom two bathroom apartment and it was fantastic for a family of four. Really spacious. We were staying in the hotel to be close to Comporta and would happily stay here again is trying to visit the area.

Facility is quite new and location is nice.
Some small but important details were missing. Bed mattress was really really disturbing. Breakfast is ok but not great. Debateble for this price, maybe i am wrong.

Good location, but still calm, close to the beach but not that close to bother . The staff friendly and helpful , the hotel amazing.

the light in the hall that was going inside the room making sleep a bit uncomfortable. Also, i missed a kind of blackout in the windows.

the room was spacious and the balcony too.
the breakfast was delicious and had so much variety of fresh food available. The staff was super nice.
The gym was dirty and 1 of the 2 weight machines was broken, bench was broken too, along with some unfixed holes on the wood (for a gym, really?) floor, that was just taped over with duck tape.

Everything was excellent. Especially the breakfast! The room was clean, spacious and fully equipped with everything you could need. Friendly staff, great location.
My only suggestion would be more Sun loungers around the pool and to advise guests that a swimming cap is necessary for the indoor pool, but these are small suggestions, nothing that would put me off returning to the hotel. Overall excellent! :)

The whole building was a heat trap.
Room air-conditioning didn’t work.
Instead a joyless charade of sending engineers that made zero difference. Most likely as they didn’t want to admit having the central cooling tower turned off.

Warm, helpful and welcoming staff. Nice pools both outside and inside. Great breakfast with multiple options to choose from. The apartment was very comfortable
We had a bit of a long wait at the restaurant for dinner one night and for breakfast the next morning, as there was a large group to attend.

hotel was clean. desk reception was friendly.
beds were uncomfortable (queen = two twins pushed together).
hallways/rooms felt a little small, but the room did have a nice small kitchenette area for those staying for a longer duration
made no sense during off-peak travel season to need to schedule breakfast times.

Rooms were amazing and clean.
Breakfast could be better... Timetable for the breakfast is good but they start to take the food very early.
