Once again an exceptional hotel considering the low price. This was my 2nd time staying in the hotel. Watercooker, microwave, shower, everything you need. Additionally it is just a 5 minute walk from the kuramae-Station, and a 10 minute walk from Asakusa.

Everything is OK in this hotel.

Room was good and clean.

Bed was not that much big to fit two adults and a kid.

The staff were pleasant. The place is close to a 7/11 and not far from Sky Tree Tower. The rooms were a little small but not bad value for money.

The rooms were a little small, no daily house keeping which I guess was ok. The location is a 9 minute walk from the closest Metro (Kuramae)

The location was good. It is near Sensoji temple and a Museum. It is a short walk from the train station. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

The property is old and not well maintenance. Unlike other MyStay properties I've ever visited. This property need the renovation esp. the room and shower room. Only the cleanliness of hotel's lobby is acceptable.

location mostly, close to 7eleven, staff is very polite and helping, 8-10 minute walk to metro oedo line which is wasnt so bad, considering exercising. even thought bed is small but is sufficient enough for three of us sleep together. bed is firm enough. room layout is good.. a very good pricing for hotel in tokyo.

The bed was so comfy with washer dryer at the 1st floor. It is near asakusa temple and walking distance to don quixote. Near train station in kuramae. The satff was so friendly and asking for extra pillows is for free

Not very clean, 24/7 smell from Indian restaurant downstairs, absolutely nauseating first thing in the morning. Parking garage and smoking area smelled like garbage.

Best price for a full room w bathroom unit and kitchen appliances I found for my stay period in central Tokyo. Had all utilities one would need, even a dehumidifier. Pretty nice location- 5-10 minutes to Oedo/Asakusa line and surrounded by fairly swanky neighbourhoods. Many other hotels closer to transport but this hotel is affordable. Coin laundry facility in basement. During an 11 day stay I did not even need to speak to staff, which I think is a plus. Probably suited to solo or couple travelers and not groups.

You do need to organize your rubbish and take it to the grotty basement trash area, and it is not serviced. If you want a new towel etc you need to go to reception. A combination of stairs, tight spaces, raised bathroom, makes this a worse choice for those who are less able bodied. My room had a strong smell, probably cigarettes, despite being a non-smoking room, which I stop noticing after 10 minutes or so.

We stayed there for 2 weeks, first impression when we entered it :- clean and comfortable. I expected a more budget hotel vibe because the entrance was at the side and the for the cost of the room but it was great. Staff were friendly and spoke excellent english. You can pay with your card or cash. All necessary amenities can be collected at the reception area such as, shower caps, shaving blades, loofas, towels, sheets etc. They provide room cleaning services but itll cost you 2000 yen. If u keep your room clean this shouldnt be an issue. U can change your sheets, comforter, pillow cases and towels throughout your stay by requesting them from the reception, only thing you have to do it on your own. Theres laundry and dryer facilities in the hotel, 400 yen for the whole thing. Trash area on the 1st floor. The hotel room itseld is small, with a queen size bed. 2 chairs and cabinets to store things. A table with universal charging cables and a tv. Micovawe and a sink and a big window overlooking tokyo skytree ( our room was on the 6th floor). The AC also had a heating option for when the temperature drops. The toilet was small, had a bathtub and a sitting toilet. Shampoos and body wash provided. Wouldnt say they were the cheap kind because it did wonders to my curly hair. No bidet or such, just the normal japanese toilet with the auto jets to your private areas. Hot water is also available. The hotel was quiet. There is a delicious ramen shop opposite the hotel and an indian food joint downstairs. Vending machines at the reception. Universal chargers can be bought at the hotel, iron and all provided upon request. Overall i think it was a great accommodation for the price, im very happy and i hope they keep this up

The toilet door had an handle that kept coming off, so everytime u had to fix it which was very annoying. It can drop and hurt your foot since its very metal object. Some switches didnt work. The one near the microwave had burn marks on them and didnt function. The pillows werent great. It was lumpy and thin so i had to fold them in the middle to get a proper height.
