I came back to Eilat and I couldnt find a better place!Location, food, services, best! Ali from the Reception was very kind.

Parking for hotel is a bit too small, I had to look long for a spot.

The hotel is located in a strategically good location. The sea is 50 meters away. There is a sufficiently comfortable swimming pool with sunbeds on the territory. (free). By the way, sunbeds by the sea are also free. We were there from December 31 to January 3. Since we are from Lithuania, the sea temperature is about 21-22 degrees, it was even too warm :). Near the hotel there are many places for small shopping, from food to gifts, it is not worth wasting time looking for something cheaper on the outskirts of the city, everywhere in Israel is expensive :). I liked the hotel staff the most. I travel a lot, so I give the staff a lot of points. Helpfulness 10.The hotel itself is not new, it is not cheap, but in an expensive country it is a solution if you want to have comfort, the sea and the city center with silence. The breakfast food has a large selection and is delicious. The truth is the same, and it is not oriented towards European taste, it can get boring after a week. It didn't cause us any problems.

Little information from the hotel about departure and arrival from the airport. I think that the hotel itself is able to provide such a service for free. The price-quality ratio is not good - but this is a problem for all of Israel.The hotel could better organize tourist tours to Jordan or Egypt, Jerusalem, the Dead Sea. That would add quite a few points. Now this is done rather dismissively. Spa center. It would be better if the hotel didn't even show it to anyone...

I liked the view . The location of the hotel is perfect. I enjoyed the breakfast that the hotel served, it was various and delicious. The room was wide and comfortable . The staff was friendly

The location of hotel was good, with shops, restaurants and the promenade just a stone's throw away. Breakfast was also very good, with lots of varieties for a hearty meal.

The room seemed to be on the small side, narrow and a bit longish. Even though it's supposed to be 290sqft, it felt much smaller. It also looked somewhat old and perhaps needs some upgrading. The pictures depicted in the booking platform looked different, esp in terms of size. For the price we paid, it's not worth the it.

Bat-sheva the concierge was the most helpful person I ever met in a hotel setting. She greets everybody at breakfast, happy to chat. Very responsive. the hotel is fortunate to have her/

We loved the service provided by the restaurant and reception staff, especially Ali who was excellent host.

The hotel needs a good refurbishment.

Good breakfast and amenities, central location and great staff

In the hotel room one could smell the sewage (tipp: run a lot of showers so that the water hold up the smell - easy to follow as its hot outside). Additionally the doors have big distances to the frame - meaning it is very poorly soundproofed. But as Eilat gives so much excitement, we were too tired to care about any noises outside;)

The location is great and the staff was super nice and helpful. Good breakfast. Fast elivators. Great view from the room.

The hotel is really old, the carpet was so old and dirty. Was extrimely crowded during breakfast.

Only one chair in the room. we would have liked to have at least 2 chairs to put our luggage.

Can’t find anything that could have been better

the pool was great, the hotel located on the beach and it was close to everything. our room was very nice, it was big and spacious, the balcony was awesome and the view was great.

first of all , the food was “fine” , last time I was there it was much better. for this amount of money I was expecting much better especially when it’s not my firs time there and it’s a5 star hotel . second, on our last evening we got stuck in the elevator, from the staff there I got that it’s not the firs time and it ruined our mood , so maybe they need to update the hotel ?!

I loved the outdoor grounds, the amazing view and excellent central location

The hallways are old, peeling paint, ratty carpets, poor lighting. The rooms are old, caulking visible in the bathrooms, bathtubs worn out, flimsy shower curtain and overall old worn down feeling
