The location is excellent and you can quickly get to the city center. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and smelled really good which reflects the overall hygiene.

The central location.

Old furniture, dirty bathrooms with spots of blood near the sink, long spiderwebs hanging from the bathroom roof. Absolutely disappointed from the hotel stuff-rude and shouting in corridors and 3 times knocking on the door in the morning for 7 min delay on the check out.

The staff flexibility. We arrived late night, and they left the keys at front desk, for self pick up. It was ok.

It was extremely close to the center, but the indoor yard still gave the feeling of comfort and relaxation. The rooms and bathrooms were big. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The cups in the bathrooms were a little dirty, but besides that there are no complains.

The property is so lovely, lots of traditional Bulgarian touches. The location is good, about a 5-10 minute walk from the Main Street. We also had breakfast included, which was really good, and the staff at the restaurant were very friendly and kind. They always waited for us to finish up our breakfast, even though we were a few minutes late past the 10pm closing time, for which we give a special thanks to Nikolai and Veska for their amazing service! Overall a great stay, I highly recommend!

We stayed for one night in tranzit fron Greece. The room was ok, with two single beds side by side, it had air con, a mini fridge, and a closet. Pretty much ok, but nothing wow. The breakfast was decent (from 8am to 10am).

A lot of noise from the street, a lot of noise from other rooms, the shower had no courtain or anything to prevent water from spraying all over the bathroom. A really small balcony which barely fitted one. The parking was on the street (the owner told me that it was ok where I parked but in the morning I found my wipers lifted for some reasons - and a little damage caused by forcing the wiper onto the bonnet). I think you can find petter options in Sandanski for less money.

We were staying just in tranzit, one night. For this purpose it was really perfect. Spotless clean and the guest kind and very polite. She even let us pay in eur and gave us the change at penny level. I was really impressed!

No parking

Very good price for what it offers.

We chosed this location for 1 night, while going to Greece, because it is close to the border. There is free parking on the street, in front of the building. The garden is beautiful, you can stay there and enjoy some drinks. You can have something to eat also, the Guest house has a restaurant (english menu as well)

- the room furniture is quite old - no mosquito nests for the windows (and plenty of mosquitos outside), so you have to sleep with closed windows - the personnel's attitude when taking food orders: they seemed disturbed, never saw a smile - no towel hangers in bathrooms - no separation between the shower area and the rest of the room: if you want to make a shower, the entire bathroom will be full of water - the unpredictable order in which the ordered food is brought to the table: you can receive first the meat, then the dessert, then some salad and french fries in the end. Absolutely nonsense, but seems a very common bad habbit in bulgarian restaurants.
