The hotel is not a 5*. Not a good value for your money. We never felt so unwelcomed. The stuff is absolutely terrible. They dont care about customers at all. We were moved to different room than booked, cause a group of Russian tourists arrived. The hotel is all for Russians, even the food. The prices are overall ridiculous. They charge you for everything. No drinks during the dinner, you need to pay extra. The hotel Spa is a joke. Our room was quite far, carpet stained very badly, wall scratched and dirty with holes, only one lamp working out of 3. During our stay was actively running the reconstruction, so we heart drills even at rooms. The cleaning lady did a terrible job, also when we run out of toilet paper, they gave us some leftover one instead of a new roll. 1 pillow per bed. The highlight was the behaviour at the breakfast and dinner we paid for. 12 minutes before the end of time for serving the lady came to inform us, that they will end serving in a few and took away our dishes and tea we were drinking and than they switched of the lights. I highly dont recommend to stay in this one, soulless place.

We've stayed at all the big thermal hotels in Karahayıt, and the Colossa comapres very favourably. The big positives are the food (excellent choice, excellent quality), the staff (helpful and friendly), the room comfort and size (although not all rooms are equal, and we did notice some smaller ones as we walked by). The indoor swimming pool smelled so much of chlorine we never went in - but the shared indoor.outdoor thermal pool was very pleasant and the main reason for coming. The thermal area, however, is a bit small for such a huge hotel and the pools seem almost like an afterthought rather than taking centre-stage (this is, after all a 'thermal' hotel). Fortunately, we were there mid-week February when the hotel was very quiet, and so we weren't bothered by any crowds. The only real complaint we had was that for a supposedly non-smoking hotel, the smell of cigarettes was present (eg. when we walked into our room), and an ashtray was even provided in our room! It's all very well having a non-smoking policy for the hotel, but this has to be enforced to make it meaningful.

Enforce the non-smoking policy in the hotel - and don't porvide ashtrays in the rooms if they're supposedly non-smoking! Also, the signs saying 'vegetarian' for buffet items need to contain no meat!

We liked the spa and its personnel. Breakfast and dinner were good. And the thermal outdoor pool with red water was nice. Our kids liked the restaurant, the games corner, especially the air hockey. And the music bar with those disco lights )) Hotel's territory is beautiful. Good that the hotel is close to Pamukkale.

The sauna wasn't hot enough. Only one of the two saunas was operational. Two days after we left, all four of us were sick with some enterovirus (headache, backache, vomiting). I can't say for sure were we got it, but the hotel had a lot of guests form China, some of them were wearing face masks.

Great room, Amazing staff, good food, great facilities, good WIFI, an amazing experience will be back and recommended to my friends

Perfect place for body and soul rest. Good breakfast and dinner, wonderful thermal spa complex (included in price of a living), the Pamukkale travertines and Hieropolis city are in range of 10 minutes by car.

... to get to the room you have to walk alot take stares after stares.. for me was difficult.. since i had a surgery to my feet.. was a 3 minutes walk.. especially the first time was like labirynth....

Clean, nice location, facilities and the room.

Staff was not welcoming and neither service orientated. our interaction with the receptionist twice, both time annoyed. During the breakfast; the staff was eagerly waiting to stop serving.

The food was buffet service. It was nice with a good selection for evening meal and breakfast. We did not use the facilities but they looked clean and tidy. Evening entertainment was good.

The room had not been cleaned properly. We found a odd sock and one slipper lying around. Even though the room said no smoking the smell that hit use was horrible. All they done was open a window to solve the smell. When we checked out we were dismissed very quickly so I didn't really have a chance to mention it.
