Fatima is great and very charming girl. She accommodated us and gave perfect advices as where to eat good food for reasonable price and also when to visit the main attractions and how to reach them. . The room was clean and bed was conformable. The bathroom is with a good size. The another thing we liked is the location. Authough there is no parking to the hotel outside of the steets is for free and we managed to park exactly in front of the building. There is metro station 1 min away. If you prefer to walk it is up to 20-25 min to the centre and most of the main attractions. Nearby there are plenty of restaurants where you can eat nice food at good prices.
The only thing I did not like is that the room window is too small and it was a little bit hot and with lack of fresh air. . There is air condition however in mid of May (when we stayed) during the night the temperature outside was pleasant and I prefered to have bigger window so to open it for fresh air during I sleep.

The staff was the nicest people I’ve ever met in any hotels. She gave me any information I needed about meto and attractions. The room was cozy and clean. The bed was very comfortable. There were towels in the bathroom.

it is close to the metro and bus station. stuffs are super friendly and helpful. Equipped with AC👍
internet speed is not satisfying, the hotel is not in the centre, thus you need to be aware preparing some coins for the bus, Visa card is not accepted by the bus.

I was given complete instructions about how to arrive & how to enter as I informed them I would arrive after normal reception hours. They made it easy to arrive and enter, as well as pay, without being there. I found the room to be everything I wanted for a night in Seville. Everything was clean and it was fine. The fact that it was near public transportation and the staff gave me help to find the place and also to get to the airport the next day was much appreciated.

A very friendly and pleasant welcome and departure to my stay. Didn't meet any other guests which is fine cos I met the boss - Mino. I spotted his picture on the corridor table and knew I picked the right hostel to stay at 😻.
The single ensuite room I had was clean, modern and fully functional and well equipped. Had air/con and Even had a little kettle so I could make tea/coffee. Bed was firm and comfortable. Shower was great.
Quiet area for a good night's sleep.
The receptionist was really helpful with local info.
1min from metro. 3 stops to centre.
And 7min walk to airport EA bus stop €4.
Local eateries, local banks, pharmacy, small fruit & veg shop plus a Lidl within 80m.

Location is perfect at Grand Plaza just 2 minutes from the metro and several bus lines which takes you directly to city centre. It's is also Very close to Sevilla stadium and a nice shopping mall. The staff is nice though I haven't really met them in person, all our talk is on WhatsApp but they are very helpful and give all the information you need. There is daily room service who changes the towels and the sheets.
Check in and out is Very easy-to-follow.
I would have preferred a mini bar in my room, also my room overlooked the laundry room but it was okay as I did not Stay much in the Hotel anyway.

The “Jean” room has a very nice patio. The rooms are named. Cadiz, Jean, etc.

Nice location not so far from the city center (around twenty minutes by bus, the stop is very close). Friendly staff, good cleanliness in the room.

very close to Metro and bus stops. Walking to old town only take 35 mins. Fatima gave us useful information about restaurants around Hostal and central. She is very helpful providing us information about public transportation. The room is very clean and quiet.

Everything is perfect here.. you will enjoy your stay with them. Ana and Fathima, both of them are very helpful.
Their normal reception timing is only 11 AM to 7.30 PM.. Especially if you are travelling with kids and family, please avoid reaching here for check-in at odd timings, because they do not have any pre-arrangements done to welcome guests who reach here outside of their normal reception timings. Though we had updated our arrival timings as 10 AM on Booking.com, it was a Sunday and they had accepted it, but we were not alerted about this concern of nobody being available to open the gate for you once you reach here for check-in outside their normal reception timings. As we didn't know Spanish language, we had to wait outside for sometime until one of the English speaking guests here spoke for us to the housekeeping person to allow us to wait atleast in the courtyard until someone is available in the reception. This moment was bit scary for us.
Apart from this, everything else is perfect here.. you will enjoy your stay with them. Ana and Fathima, both of them are very helpful, and also the English speaking guest who came down to help us while we were struggling to communicate, I missed to ask his name. God protect his family !

a bit far from the very center but it’s basically the place you move from the morning and you come back after visiting. totally fine.

the location is good, near a metro station and plenty of cafés to have lunch/breakfast. The staff is really friendly, we arrived very late (1am) and they left us the key with very detailed instructions, so we were able to enter without any problem.
The room was on the first floor and a bit noisy. Unfortunately for us, it was raining and the room was a bit cold and wet.
