Du calme sur une île plutôt busy

Emplacement au calme, chalets dispersés, dernier hôtel au bout de la route, entouré de végétation... Beaux chalets en bois Belle plage à 5 mn à pied

Peaceful accomodation on a natural rainforest hillside

Quality accomodation with large spacious rooms, has good aircon and facilities. Close to the beach in a small lagoon valley near the, limited , local eating and bar options,being the last beach area on the west coast of Koh Kong, beyond Bang Bao fishing village, a 20 min walk away. Peaceful and with a strong feeling of being ‘ at the end of the road’

Steep access steps on the rainforest hillside and intermittent internet were the only problems, and they were minor

Thank you a lot for such a great vacation :) I hope we will come back next year.

Everything was great! Good cleaning at rooms. Bed is nice and huge, room is very cosy. A chilly terrace where you can relax and enjoy the jungle sounds. Beach is not very far from villas. Managers are very hospitable. Also you can rent a bike or snorkeling tour here.

Monkeys – they came early in the morning and in the evening to drink from pond below the villas I guess (they didn’t give us any problems). Just keep this fact in mind if you are traveling with kids.

Cozy Chill

The room is spacious, well decorated. Feel natural. The walk to Klong Koil beach is do able. Lovely staff.

Good

The staff were really sweet and the surroundings were beautiful with the lake. There is a path by tje lake, that takes you right to the beach ( 10 min walk from the huts in the back) The huts are huge.

When I booked it said I was booking a hut with a view of the lake and the mountains but we had a hut in the back where we looked into another hut. No view.. that was disapointing.

Not worth the price

Very nice, spacious, comfortable bungalow.

Location isn't good, actually you have to walk 5-10minutes till the beach and if you want to spend a day there, you have to pay for the sunbeds or chairs again to other hotels. I'd recommend Bangbao or chivapuri, these places have nice shadows from the sun. Chaipuras bungalows located near the road, if there are driving motorbikes or cars, you will hear them very good, i mean it feels like they drive just next to your wall. One morning we woke up aprx at 6 am cause of few crossing motorbikes sound, feeling was that they were crossing direct through your room :D Breakfast is only ok to poor, you can order from a menu only one dish which portion is usualy quite small and not worth to pay for it even 150bht. Room cleaning wasn't good also. We felt that at first days job was done good but few last days nop. The last day even towels weren't changed. And when you get paper hand towels instead of toilet paper... :D guess it should be funny :D this place not worth asked price at all, you easily can find beachfront resort with included breakfast for similar or even lower price. I wouldn't come back.

perfect location if you are looking for a quiet stay next to a wonderful beach and good restaurants.

The hotel is nicely located very close to a quiet wonderful beach; here you find still a bit of backpacker atmosphere on Koh Chang away from mass tourism; hotel is quiet with a view on trees; nature walks possible; it is recommended to rent a motorbike or car, if you want to visit the island; the hotel is far from the ferry pier, but it is worth the travel; the hotel staff was very supportive and helped with all bookings (snorking, transfers etc.); communication with the hotel by mail/whatsup was easy

relaxing and quiet weekend

the staff was super helpful since the beginning. They supported me in arranging the transportation from Trat airport to the resort very quickly. The room was spacious and clean in a very quiet area. There is no direct access to the beach but you can just walk few minutes and pick one of the restaurant/ resort/ hotel by the beach to relax with good food and natural juices. I highly recommend Bangbao beach (100bath include one soft drink, sun chair , access to showers and restrooms)

Superb

Bungalow is very nice and comfortable. Place is amazing. Near Klong Kloi Beach. One of the best beach in Koh Chang. Host is very friendly and helpful. This place is ideal for relax and few romantic days for couples.

Very good

Close to one of the best beaches in Koh Chang. There were like 6 options on the breakfast menu which was great. The staff was exceptionally helpful.

The internet connection was very poor during the entire 6 days of our stay.

Lovely villa's just a few minutes walk from idyllic beach

Fantastic well appointed large room. The property is also just a few minutes walk from what I think is probably the best beach in Kho Chang

Parking wasn't the best and at the time we visited the resort was running without a kitchen (as a result of low occupancy due to covid), this meant there was no breakfast which was a shame, however, there are options nearby and we had a car which meant this was not much of an issue for us.

Beautiful but very disorganised

The rooms themselves are lovely. The surroundings are so beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. The lady who was on reception was friendly and she was certainly trying her best to provide a great stay for us. Unfortunately, some things were beyond her control.

The breakfast wasn't great and it took a very long time which was strange as we were the only guests. The path to the beach is great, but the lights were only on once and turned off by 8.30 making the walk back difficult. The hotel offered transport to local ban bao village but this could only be done 1 at a time on a motorbike. The kayaks were great but it was extremely difficult to carry them down to the water ourselves.

Great service and Great stay!

The beach is close by with walking distance, white sand beach and you can have access to the beach at anytime. There are a lot of restaurants nearby the beach as well as massage place. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent, however due to limited number of staff, so someday we have to wait for breakfast to be served. Room is excellent, we loved it so much, very spacious and comfortable, but since the room is like a wooden house so we can find ants coming inside very easily but that's not a problem. We loved this report and definitely will come back again.
