You get what you paid

- Good location with a mountain view from balcony - Good price so you get what you paid for - Warm heater

- Lack of room facility such as hair dryer, kettle, water (Available upon request but very limited) - Bath room has smell and water drain was not good

good place to stay!

great location, good value. unfortunately no staff member was there to collect payment during my stay but I was able to pay the house keeper so that wasn’t a issue. very comfortable bed AMAZING VIEW from room 303 I did visit during the low season so I’m sure I’m summer it will be a lot busier.

the noise from the bar opposite WILL keep you awake unfortunately. it is so loud! shower holder was broken

Very cold

Very good breakfasts, good location

For more than half of the stay there was no electricity, heating or internet. Almost zero help from staff. When you try to negotiate the rate because of the lack of conditions, a huge argument. The place does not have its own generator. Cold in the rooms, one fire in the building.

Pleasant

The view from the windows is awesome

You hear everything.. it's like cardboard boxes and not hotel rooms. Also it is quite run down and the toilet smells soooo bad.

The whorst hotel where I've ever been

The view was fine. The receptionist tried to solve our problems.

Rooms at the secondary building are extremely cold. The bathroom, sofa, and other furniture were totally broken. The rooms are very dirty, seems like they weren't cleaned for a long time.

Stunning view from the balcony, friendly and helpful staff. It was a bit chilly when we came but the staff provided radiators which helped a lot. The hotel has a great yard to hang out it and a shared balcony with chairs and tables which is nice. The location is just perfect, everything is close within walking distance.

The shower leaked and the water stayed on the floor. The room walls had some stains and my bed cover had a hole. Nothing critical but those things make an impression too

Disappointing

The hotel is in the centre of Mestia, close to the marshrutka station. The view from the room was beautiful.

The room was not clean, the equipment was insufficient: we did not find a hair dryer or a refrigerator.

I'd recommend stay at Hotel Svaneti as it was great in general.

Great location - few mins walk to the restaurants & transport station. Friendly staff, great communication. Various breakfast.

Bathroom facilities needs to be repaired as bathtub leaks. Also doors are stacked sometimes and hard to close/open.

Great value and spatious rooms

Conveniently located close to all cafes and restaurants. Breakfasts are quite good. If you also order dinner, you’ll amazed by the amount of food given - a lot! The mountain view from rooms on upper floors is incredible. The host is very friendly!

Hotel located in the center of Mestia, bars shops etc nearby. Big room, comfortable beds, staff helpful, beautiful view from the window.

Very cold room, breakfast not very tasty, no Wi-Fi reception, shower pressure low.
